Shaft seal leakage happens when the compressor is not used often as the oil in the system is used to help keep the seal in good shape,

Then there is also the point of installer mistake if they dont have the correct expanding mandrel for the shaft and try to force the seal on the sharp edge of the shaft where the threading is.

The mandrel is quite easy to make and some ac shops who take pride in their work had them made my machinists for themselves.

It would be better to deglaze the discs and reburnish the pads, then recheck.

Yes, me and him made a lot of those mandrels for different compressors. Call and ask if he can do this for you, he will ask for model of compressor you have.

When going downhill, you need to use low gears to keep the vehicle at low speed. As speed starts to increase, engine's rpm increases to attempt to match tyre speed, producing friction that essentially brakes for you. AKA engine braking.

This will drastically reduce the load on your brakes. Constant use of downhill brakes can even cause them to fail in rare cases where they're too hit and frictionless.

The crankshaft bearing could be worn out or there might be a need to re machine crank to remove any ply in between crank and crank journals, the vibrations caused by the ply can cause premature failure of shaft oil seal

Aoa. I have purchased cultus 2020 model 42k driven. Somtime karr karr sound come when turn steering fast. Got checked from mechanic he said bush are all ok just car is very dry from below. Get mobil oil sprayed on suspension. Yesterday did it. Another mechanic suggested to inject oil in rubber boots to get those soft. Is it recommended??

AoA, I hope you are fine, I am facing an issue in engine swapping, please guide accordingly.
as you know I have a mazda 808 with a 2c diesel engine & manual gear installed in it. finally got my hands on a 3sge with manual gear. my mechanic is saying that the 3s gear is bigger than 2c gear hence have to chop off firewall to accommodate the bigger gear (which i do not want).

My questions for you are
is their any difference between both gears as i heard c & s series have same gears?
can the 2c gear be coupled with 3s for space saving?
if not, can a auto gear (small in size if any) be installed for space saving?
looking forward to your reply, eagerly.

another thing is, I heard that if swapping between 2c & 3s engines just need to remove and replace with out any alteration, is it true? if not how much alteration would be required and how to do it.

First time heard that. Get a second opinion might be some problem with steering rack instead of suspension

@Xulfiqar Sir Is there anyway we can DIY injectors leak test on 11th gen corolla.
Also what is best way to check for fuel pressure as these models don’t have shredder valve.
I got it test from some workshop he tasted it by hooking up gauge to some line that was under the hood. Also he didn’t check for holding pressure just checked pressure while cranking and says Sir 50 sey thora nechay hay or itna bura bui nahi hay.

The only way to test injectors is to take out injectors and checking it on a test bench make shift injector rail on a workshop by giving it fuel pressure, any minor leakage on injector outlet would be detected by holding fuel pump pressure in it.
I saw this being done by a mechanic Mansoor auto electrician located on Adyala road Rawalpindi who has YouTube channel also

basic injector leak test is very easy on any car, you need 4 glass jars, some basic mechanics wire and a short piece of copper wire or a manual control relay or makeshift system to switch on fuel pump.

you connect your pressure gauge inline to the fuel rail - your jig should have a metal male end of the quick connect and a plastic female end of it - this way you can intercept the system, lift up the injector rail from the cyl head, tie wires around the injectors so they dont shoot out under pressure, place the glass jars under each injectors - start the fuel pump with your rig/relay/copper wire and see if the injectors are leaking. You should have zero leaks.

to test for excess leakage while firing you will need an injector pulser.

btw - dont clean the fuel injectors too much, specially toyota injectors. they will fail or start spraying more than required.

Iss picture ma ap dekh skta hain tie rod end jam nut k baad thori si churi rehti hay ye picture new gari ki hay to dono sides ki iss trha hain lkn meri gari ki aik side par churi zyada hay dusri side par kam mainay alignment walo ko bhi samjhana ki koshish ki hay lkn wo steering taira chor detay hain. To isko kis trha set karon may please guide .

if the items are changed new, the workshop working upon shall do the needful before sending you to alignment shop. as said by @Xulfiqar earlier the tie-rod ends shall not be tied up while hanging over jack stands. It shall be rigged and let the vehicle rest on wheels before doing the torque down. Alignment shop only adjust (does not torque down) caster & camber in count of few threads here & there.

Visited suzuki dealership with reference and supervisor himself drove car on road. He also noticed sound. Came back to workshops and two persons examined steering inside cabin. They opened two joints (exact name i forgot) of steering and one was making sound as one side bearing came bit out. They took it out cleaned pins acting like ball barring, greased and hammered on its place. Additionally gas welded two points to atop from comming out again. Installed and sound gone.

Shoot them dead, you never weld in a ujoint.
