Yes, the clamps are original spring type and barbs are also fine. The one on intake manifold had some rusting issues so I had them replaced. The view from engine intake manifold seemed to have had no apparent issues.

I filled in around half a litre today, level in bottle and radiator both was less.

I have a corolla 2.0d with 200k kms on clock
Recently it started to misfire and phuk phuk from silencer when cold started..
I showed it to a mechanic and he said to get the shims grinded as the tappets are too tight..
Mjhy samjh me ye ni ata k jb car thandi hti hai to tappets to loose hne chahye na k tight (thermal expansion)
What is this myth??

Anyone here familiar with IMT named Shocks absorbers for Honda city idsi.
The seller of these shocks told that these are being assembled in Lahore having it's parts imported from Thailand.
The contact details of seller is given in business card. IMT refers to as ( Irfan Mughal traders)
He forwarded me customers reviews of buyers of these shocks as 100% satisfied with performance.

I am sharing an observation with you and want to know if its just my car or it is normal with other cars too. Btw i have tested it multiple times not one or 2 times.

Whenever my car fuel tank goes below the half mark the car feels more agile and light to throttle response. It wants to float or glide on very light throttle in city drive especially. The more its goes towards the E mark the more the agility FEEL increases. After refuelling to full there is no such fun and car drives as normal. I ll not call it laggy but it is not that extra agile.

PS Car is a 10 years old 1.3 pkdm corolla gli and running perfectly ma sha Allah. It is on oem filters and throughout periodically maintained by 3s. I am using 5w30 fully synthetic havoline in it. Car odo is 150k km. It returns good fuel average. 80% of the miles on odo are highway miles.

Please enlighten me.

There might be dirt in the base of fuel tank. Clean it.

With that logic it should be laggy when fuel is low and here the case is otherwise.

When fuel is low, it is easy to move the fuel in the base, of fuel tank and thus the debris will move easily and get in they way of fuel.

Agree and that should lower the quality of ride but instead the car gets super agile like it is on steroids. I have multiple cars and I know how a normal car drives. With tank full this car also drives normal but after getting past the mid mark it starts getting super responsive. No idea if its placebo or real.

I have a Honda city 2014 1.3 manual.
I recently did a Diy front Brake service on it.
Due to rhythmical cluncking noise on slow speeds around 20-30km only when is brake is pressed softly.
And a click as soon as a press the brake padel as if the pads were stuck.
I used Silicone grease on Calliper pins and Permatex Antisieze on Brake pad ears after cleaning everything with wire brush and clean cloth.
The click on pressing the brake is gone but rhythmical clunking is still there.
Brake pads still have enough life in them and brake rotor is having no obvious ridge.
It was faced around 10k km back.
Diy brake service was done around 4k km back.
What could be the reason?
Warped Rotors?
Hard brake pads?
Or faulty callipers?

Looks like faulty brake callipers to me.
