diy will depend on the model of your Honda, if its the civic that was born again, with the pump tucked under the engine, the DIY part of removing the pump will increase your cussing vocabulary by 200%.
resealing is not difficult but you need to pay attention to how tight the bolts need to be. If the pump is only leaking and not noisy yet, you can rebuild it, if its noisy under load, get another pump.
Its a plain old vane type hydraulic pump.
p.s. I would suggest to buy a new oil suction hose and tank too - the suction hose cooks badly on those cars and is a difficult one to replace, Buy a new Honda genuine spare part only, any aftermarket hose will leak in a few weeks.
