mehran efi oil leaking
i saw some seepage of oil under the car right behind number plate i think its chamber - there are no drops on floor

got it checked mechanic says we need to take out its whole engine fix the leakge whether seal is leaked or chamber
i dont wana have the engine taken out
question is should i get it take out or it will work with minor seepage on long journeys two or three times? someone said keep driving it until you see oil getting less or oil drops which is not the case at the moment . need your opinion @Xulfiqar

the only thing i know is we tried installing console which took some effort like it got stuck with gear lever. So at that day when i moved gear lever i heard some weird sound but next day it was gone.

Its very easy to identify the leak point, clean it out and have the mechanic recheck the leak, a rear main seal leak requires the engine or gearbox to be removed.

A pan/sump/chamber is easy. It can be done in place, but again, clean everything and have mechanic recheck, it maybe from tappet cover too.

Assalamualaikum brother Xulfiqar. I have a CE90 swapped with a 5AFE. Its a gas guzzler. gives me around 8.3kmpl on highway with AC on. I am literally tired of going to mechanics. I have changed almost every sensor like multiple times, yet the mileage never improved. Though I noticed there are some major leaks in the pipe that connects the air box to the TB. and I once noticed a hard rubber pipe that connects the fuel tank with the fuel filling pipe thingy was broken and there was electrical tape put on it. I asked the electrician to change it but he said its fine its protected by the tape, don't worry. Otherwise everything else looks ok. I recently did an emission test and the COs were 0.38% and the HCs were 238ppm and the technician said kharcha to ok hai. yet still when i put gas, it somehow vanishes. sometimes it gives off some kachi petrol ki smell from the exhaust, that too when i put my hand near the exhaust tip and then smell my palm.
Could these broken pipes be the culprit or should I dig deeper. Most of the electrical work done was by the desi electricians, i.e the hotwiring method.

Thanks for your response brother. I have not yet checked it, as the car is in workshop for a paint job. I will check it on monday Insha Allah, tomorrow is their off day. I will try to check if every pin is hooked up or not. I am bad at wiring work lol but I am willing to learn if you could help me trace out the root of the problem. Additionally, My ECU says 5A-FE/4A-T. My car actually has a 5A-FE with automatic transmission. The wiring harness was completely uncut yet my stupid electrician still managed to mess the beautiful setup. He did cut off some fuse box type things and told me "Is ki zaroorat nahi hai ye 95 aur corolla 2 me kam ati hai" He didn't even connect the bl**dy check engine light.

Bhai what error what code lol these hootias don't understand these things, I tried to short TE1 and E1 and nothing, literally nothing mukammal khamoshi slumber party chal rahi thi Its been 3 years since I am going in circles, MAP change karo, pipe change karo, ye pump kharab hai 4 to theek thak pump change karwae, aik banday da putr nahi mila phir socha khud mechanical engineer hun try karta hun. now I guess the first thing I should do is connect the check engine light.
could you like list down steps in which i go about this wiring job based on difficulty level so that i may follow it religiously and not burn the car down? Also, I've been looking for wiring diagrams for a few days now for a 5AFE and I am yet to find one.

Every pin job is printed on circuit board.

Just decode them and make your own diagram

Today I managed to get my hands dirty. So turns out my ECU is a 26 pin + 16 pin one. The seller told me it was the original ECU plus wiring that came with the engine from japan.

After inspecting pin codes and arranging them in order, this is my final pin out sketch.

Already bought it, but the sunroof blew off on motorway for some reason.

I can't find it in RWP/ISB. If anyone has links for a used Gallant sunroof in good condition, would be great.

Well that would have been a haunting experience, just the glass flew off or the entire setup

Yeah, ruined my maiden drive.

The glass only, I temporarily got it replaced with a 2005 Corolla sunroof glass which fits perfectly but is not watertight.
