The story begins with the thinking that what will be done to reduse road noises, within budget and ease. i searched the Dynamat and found that it has main component of butain(Damar), the top most layer of road consist of mainly Butain, i searched the market and thus lead to rubbery butain paint. This is manufactured in Pakistan, several companies are producing like Burger, ICI, AutoShield, Masters and some Japanies companies like Nippon. I started my diy by purchasing 3 cans of 1kg each Butain, each can cost me Rs 340/. Service station cost me Rs800/ for their work, Rs300/ petrol and Rs 50/ diesel is used in all diy.

They are washing the whole body for 3 times inorder to clean it to perfection, by the way pics are taken before washing
They are making paint by solving it with petrol.
Lower surface is cleaned before applying the paint.
Diesel is applied on whole body in order to protect car paint.

I have lots of pictures but some thing problimatic in uploading them, so wait.
They are cleaning the edges with diesel befor drying up the paint. We coated 3 layers of coating.
After drying of base paint, now servicing start in order to remove diesel from body.
