No still not.. I am busy these days.. However with this issue I have driven almost 50000 km.. Nothing bad has emerged

@Xulfiqar sir can you please elaborate oil cooler cleaning process and name of that chemical?? Can I use kerosene oil instead???

@Xulfiqar I purchased that U341E transmission today now Tomorrow inshallah I will get it install . I have purchased ATF WS also. Now I am confuse it has to be poured in Torque Convertor Separately or only through the dipstick hole.

pour about 1 litre in the torque converter and spin it then install on the transmission properly - then after the unit is bolted properly to the engine - fill it with ATF and dont overfill it. Use grease on the torque converter seal and the axle seals too.

buy a small tube or sachet of medium threadlocker (blue) and dont forget to use it on the converter bolts. Make triple sure the engine dowel pins are in place too otherwise you will face issues.

If you use kerosene or petrol make sure to flush/rinse it with fresh clean ATF in the end to remove any remaining cleaning solvent from the cooler.

When using petrol etc, its pumped backwards with help of air compressor and the effluent caught in a small pan or bottle so you can see the contamination coming out - its clean when the cleaning liquid coming out is clean. - Then do the final rinse with ATF (any atf) with help of air compressor.

In Karachi an aerosol can of oil heat exchanger was sold in some shops in plaza market - it was french or US origin I think and was pretty large, it was enough to clean the ATF cooler in one shot and it really really cleaned out the debris.

@xulfiqar Sir I got replaced transmission on Yesterday and yesterday it was shifting perfectly but today when car shift from 3rd to 4th it gives a delay of 1-2 seconds and RPM shoots to 3k then it gets into 4th. Also the range switch of new gear had a different grip so replaced it with older gears switch. Now what is the reason???

Its flaring 4th gear shift, exchange it in warranty the shop gave you.

Is it engaging tcc?

Yes TCC is locking up now

I suspect that either the direct clutch is glazed or the drum piston is faulty or the direct clutch valve in the valve body is sticking or the C2 (direct clutch) accumulator piston is leaky - leaky causes a missed shift too, flare is usually a bad valve or broken spring.

Does it keep flaring every single time it does the 3-4 shift?

Yes almost every time now. Yesterday when gear was fitted it was shifting properly and today I went for testing and driven it for almost 20 km on expressway and after some time it started flaring in 3-4 shift . Sometime it shift normal but most of the time it flares.

I would suggest to replace this immediately as shop gave you a warranty - the repair for it is rather involved and requires rebuilding the valvebody with new aftermarket parts (none available in Pakistan) you can however buy new parts for the clutch drum from an Indus Motors showroom.

Yes next day I called gear wala and told him about the issue he sent me to an electrician he took a try but that time no flaring occurred then I checked it myself and again it acted 100% ok then I driven to gear walas shop at saddar magazine line and told im whole story he said if this happens again he will teplace the gear. Since then gear is ok mashallah.
