Does it cause any issue ? and engine oil is between minimum and maximum when car is cold.

Maybe your engine is consuming oil if last time you have filled it to full mark

Engine ko top up kr liya karo kuch time baad top mark k paas paas meri car ka bhee kam hojata hai kuch din may buhat

Only select few gearboxes have metal screen as filter, almost all others have a paper filter media, do not try to clean those.

Another stupid issue I used to get asked a lot in Pakistan was, "shlicone packing se aap kyu nahi chipkaate", pehlay banday ho jo asli gasket daaltay ho hamesha.

Using generic orange silicone rtv is not a good idea on any part of transmission.

The filter element was carpet type enclosed in metallic case. Had it been paper element i would have insisted in replacement.
I had the genuine seal but the mech insisted on doing the job his way so i had no other choice then to go for silicon. I dont know the diff bw orange /white colour silicon but that one was white in colour

That "carpet type" is cellulose paper type (same as your engine oil fitler) and is never ever supposed to be washed, its a disposable item like your engine oil filter.

trying to wash it and then using air to blow it usually just embeds debris further deep or makes holes in it (hole means no filter)

Sir how can I find the exact part number for that filter??? I searched different sites having parts catalogues but they are giving more than one options for the same part as in this this site

Oil level is OK but Transmission oil level garam may check hoga in Parking gear

checking atf level on a stopped transmission is a waste of time, it will always show overfilled, its always checked on running engine. On cold engine, it should be on the "cool" marks - or sometimes lower too if its very cold.

find your transmission model no. Then its correct filter. All toyotas with solenoid shift transmissions and specced for T-IV fluid come with a cellulose paper filter - some came with strainer from factory but spare part is correct paper type when you purchase.

Well its written somewhere to check transmission oil when car gets optimal temperature in P mode while engine is running and somewhere it says get the optimal temperature put car in P or N mode shut down the engine and then check. Which is the correct way ?
