The oldest one is near the old PECHS hall where there is also a sports motorcycle repair place, tiny micro shop - but the guy actually rebuilds oldschool automatics. Dont know his health now, but he has a long colourful history.
but in your case - you need to isolate the electrical fault first before tearing down the sump and valvebody etc, you have made a lot of threads asking for help in this year but still have not moved from square one.
