I would not deal with him, as he will continue to show his stupidity, even once you have purchased the service.

I was a bit hesitant while going for tracker in my Altis 1.6 and in the end, decided to stay away from it, after reading some horrible experiences of tracker users. One such user pointed out that he was cruising on Karachi-Hyderabad Super highway at more than 100 kmph speed when all of a sudden, the car's engine became switched off. He was totally baffled at this and tried hard to start the car but to no avail. Fortunately, he was able to pull the car on the corner of super highway road with great difficulty. Called the tracking company and to his utter astonishment, the tracker company had mistakenly switched off his car's engine while he was driving on highway at more than 100 Kmph. Those who drive on highways can very well imagine how dangerous could this scene be. According to that person, the day he reached Karachi, the first thing he did was to remove the tracker from his car to ensure such horrific incidents were never repeated again.

on the website it says navigation ready? does it mean have to get maps sd card only or it lacks gps device as well ?

No you have to buy maps and TPL sells the microsd with Sygic map for 16 k.

which engine oil viscosity is recommended ?

Congratulations. So far Alhamdolillah I have not faced any major issue. However before taking delivery check trunk's and tail light and steering alignment (it should be centered) as these are common issues in almost all Corollas.

There are three variants of Toyota Motor Oil which you can use.

20W-50 which comes from factory

10W-30 Petron Plus (I am using it)

5W-50 is fully synthetic
