I am sad to inform that one of my dear friends from Islamabad and beloved Member from Islamabad have passed away in heart attack two days ago at 6:30 in the evening.

R.I.P brother....Ina lillahe wa ina elahe rajeoon!but its quite alarming seeing guys in late 20s-30s dying of heart attacks.....It could be related to some previous illness for him but we need to change our life styles considerably for sure......
