I send some money to a friend of mine on 31[SUP]st[/SUP] march 2015, 10pm via my easy paisa mobile account to his CNIC, but I made a mistake in typing his CNIC, no issues at that time, called 3737 and they said its corrected as per your request and u can pick up funds in an hour, but in actual it was not done, called them in the morning of 1[SUP]st[/SUP] april operator said ?mazarat janab system down at our end? cool third time I called and same answer and guess what they counted this is 3 talks with operator(as I was dying to hear operator voice) , it meant after 3 time talking with operator u cannot call anymore and have to wait 24 hours. so I did that.
Next day same story 1[SUP]st[/SUP] call she said its done my end ask receiver to pick it up in an hour, but was not done 2 more calls on 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] april and ?system down? COOOLL, t hen I finally asked via another telenor sim to cancel the transaction and refund balance to my easy paisa account , operator said done on my end money be back in ur account in 3 hours, 6hrs passed nothing came , called again , gave excuse and said done now and money be back in 3 hours 3+(9+hrs ) passed nothing, called this morning operator said ?system down?
hahah my 2 calls already counted for today so I only have 1 more for the day left
yesterday went to customer center they said we can do nothing aap 3737 par call kar kay (he pagal bantay rahain).
Wonna ask any place I can go physically or complain about them??
