NINE! new Great Wall Cars to launch in Beijing
Greatwall has yet again supplied another great line up of concept cars that are highly likely to hit the production lines before the end of the year.
The C30 is set to launch first, although the interestingly styled C50 is set to launch soon after. The C50 is possibly a toned down version of GWM’s previous concept sedan that had a hint of Mondeo about it but overly looked like a great car.
Oddly enough, the Hover brand seems to have become Haval, which doesn’t really have the same strike to it as Hover did. We actually saw this in a newspaper advert of GWM at the weekend and put it down to an editorial editor, obviously it isn’t.
The sedans have come under the Teng Yi name, with their English name being set as Voleex, an odd but unusual name in itself. GWM’s line up is starting to look better all the time, it really has expanded well away from its traditional line up of SUVs and pick up trucks into more well balanced car line up that ranges from small to large which will take it into Europe and more than likely other markets as well.
