This thread is all about the conversion of my Belta's Engine.
The conversion from 1KR-FE (1.0 L) to 2SZ-FE (1.3 L)
Will try to Pre answer all common questions I have seen people ask on every engine conversion thread.
Total Cost of Swap : 98,000/-Rupees After adjusting Old Engine
Breakup of Cost :
Qabuli Engine with Gear + Wiring + ECU + 1 Engine Mount + Petrol Pipe + Silencer Collar = 90,000/-Rs
Labour Charges of the conversion (Mechanical + Electrical) = 15,000/-Rs
Engine Oil + Filter = 5500/-Rs
CVT-TC Oil = 6000/-Rs
Silencer Works = 1500/-Rs
TOTAL = 1,18,000/-Rs
Old Engine Adjustment (After a lot of Haggling) = 20,000/-Rs
The car's drive is totally different after the Swap, runs smooth, No more rough idling, Better Fuel Consumption.
After 1 week of the Swap, I did its Throttle Body Service / PCV Valve Service / MAF Sensor Service and now it runs and responds even more smooth.
Currently giving me 11.4 Km/l fuel consumption with A/C, which was just 9 Km/l with A/C on my old 1KR engine
