that is refrigerant type - PAG oils are available in many different viscosities, they range from ISO 46, 68, 100 and 150

Toyota use ISO 46 viscosity PAG oil - also sold as ND8 oil. - total oil charge in it is about 90 or 100 ml in a vitz/belta/yaris - but check the service decal or the manual to verify.

This total oil charge is done when the system is 100% flushed out.

the capacity is not just the compressor - its for the whole system. Check it in your original service manual - and cross check it for duet - they will be almost the same.

btw - what viscosity is this penguin picture oil?

Pigeon picture oil has no grade written. I asked the techie, he said they put this oil in all compressors

Sir, I am always willing to find and pay better techies only if I can find them. You are absolutely right. Mechanics here don't know how to repair PWM compressors and they give excuse of hit weather.

I also have the Belta AC problem 2SZFE 1.3 Ltr
When engine is cold AC wouldn't start, when engine got warmup AC starts but trip off when throttle RPM goes up.
Then it's again an exercise not to throttle tpm high keep rpm low move the cars slow and then starts the AC.
Please advise you expert solution.
Because every body is singing the same story change the compressor to clutch ones.

your system is wrongly charged - its the safety cut of the system to shut the A/C when its slugged full of liquid.

Does your mechanic own a vacuum pump?

Does he know that there are different viscosity refrigeration oils?

Does he own a set of scales to weigh the gas?

Recently there was leaking issue from evaporating coil.he changed the coil and filled the gas.and also put the oil dnt know which oil was that.in the next day morning i start the car and turn on the ac but it didnt start at once.i drive the car may be half km ac turned on then cooling was great.after that i travelled from karachi to islmbad whole way it was on and working.after reaching here it started work like this .frequently trips.work on his wish.i called him and tell the situation he said niw compressor has become weak.
Mechanic doeant know any thing i gues which u have mentioned.above.

It’s probably slugged with oil along with adulterated gas

Or is overcharged too. These variable compressors require 100% perfection when repairing/charging the ac system. Otherwise they stall in the lowest setting
