Hi all ! Can someone plese tell me what is the difference between Mitsubishi Mr. Slim ADVANCE and Mr. Slim EXTREME.

Can safely say its cooling is way better than 1.5Ton SG Mashallah

hmmmm .. i am using orient 1 and 1.5 ton AC'S along with dawlance 1.5AC ..... nd also mitsu 1.5 ton AC ..... best cooling overall is very competetive between dawlance 1.5 and mitsu 1.5 overall i like dawlance more ....... orient is already really really ncie ... very economical and it really chills the room up ...

Chinese Brands Cost Near Around 25-28k This Season......Which Includes All Gree SG And So Many Brands.....!!

28-32K For Korean Brands Like LG,Hyundai...They Are Korean And In Quiet Mid Range....!!

Then Comes Japanese Brands Which Cost Like 34-37k And Panasonic , Sharp And General Are Coming In These.....They Are Japanese Being Assembled In Malaysia....!!

Mitsubishi Mr Slim Extreme Is Now Chinese As Parts Are Being Imported From There Are Its No More Good As Mitsubishi Mr Slim Advance......!! So Its Just A Name Which Is Attractive...!!

I Prefer Either To Get Mid Range Korean Since They Also Works Fine Or Get Japanese Ones Which Cost A Bit More....Just Check One Thing....Customer Support And Service Centres Must Be There Of The Brand You Are Getting Else Its Hard To Get It Sorted Then...!!

LG Is So Far Looking Quiet Nominal And Mid Range To Me...!! Panasonic Is Also A Good Choice And General Also But Have To Look Around For Service Centre's....!!

am using kenwood split ac 1 ton.its warranty card says 3 years compressor warranty and 1 year parts and service warranty .i think its a good deal for just 24k+it really cools well (Y)

Its new thats why people are lil shy of it but in performance it is better than Advance

is it a MS-C13VC (Btu 11942)

it is a MS-A13VD (Btu 12624)

Do you know that MS-C13VC running current is 5.53Amp (1216 watts) that means every hour it will consume 1.2 unit

And

MS-A13VD running current is 5.05Amp (1111 watts) that means every hour it will consume 1.1 unit

could you please note the reading of your KESC meter e.g. at 8am in the morning and the again on next morning at 8am get the reading then tell us.

Do you know that Model MS-A10VD (Btu 9383) running current is 3.63Amp (798 watts) that means every hour it will consume 0.798 unit

it was very easy to find information of Mitsubishi but i was not able to find the same kind of information for Haier or LG etc.

Does anybody knows that Daikin is on top even General but its latest model is not available in Pakistan

Mine is MU-C13VC Have no idea about ampreage or wattage,Got it from Makro Am Running it on 28'C I dont think it is consuming much,Will Check the meter reading tonight,Will let u know in the morning

Usually i get the bill of about 270Units
Last night at 12pm i saw the meter reading at "115"
In the morning at 9am after running AC only for 5 Hours the meter reading was at "125" (2 Fridge 2 Saver 2 Fan also running)
So yes it really is sucking the electricity

Is it possible you get the meter reading without AC was running for 5 hours?

A simple math for your AC is that 1216 watts of 5 hours running that should be 6 units only

What I know that saver is 24 watts each total 48 watts

Ceiling fan is around 80 watts each total of 160 watts

I am not sure what kind of refrigetators you have a wild guess could be that they are sucking 300 watts each total of 600 watts.

that comes to 808 watts that means each hour 0.8 unit

I forgot to tell you one more thing if your billed units crossed 500 KESC will charge you Rs.9.5/per unit that means Rs.4750/- bill

your 270 units are around Rs.4/per unit that means your bill should be Rs.1100 or 1200

yaar i dont know whats wrong with my meter, with 2 ACs my last months bill was 10,000 rupees, this month it looks like it would be more

Bought and got installed Haier 1.5 ton AC today. And I thank Allah that I didn't get this ugly looking AC for my room LG is so beautifully designed, I feel good by just looking at it. Will let you guys know about the performance of this Haier AC soon.

I also installed another a/c in my house i was looking for haier but than i had a chat with one of a friend whose working in Samsung (manager) they are marketing Gree and Samsung. He told me about his experiance of air conditiioners and he says he tried almost all of them and found gree to be better than most even Mitsubhishi he says he got Mitsu installed in his house and after a week utrwa deya. he got around 10 gree installed at his house than i had a chat with vendor he told me he sold over 100 Gree units in 1 month not even a single complain and sold over 200 in last 2 years no complains at all. So got Gree this time . So far working good the goot thing about gree is the TURBO mode in 1 ton the air flow is around 520m but gree when you turn on turbo the throw is amazing.

There are 3 top chinese brands in local market now a days.

1 - Haier 2 - Gree 3 - Midea.

Not many people buying midea but the installers of Metro store told me market nahi hai warna ajj tak hum ney jitna a/c lagaye hai including the top brands we found midea to be best. hmm confusing

Mitsubishi Mr. Slim MS-A10VD is short in the market - the price i was told is around Rs.33,000/-

no its not inverter type

The inverter type is Rs.60,000/-

I did some research that inverter type saves 30% power but that is something hard to achieve

one good thing about inverter AC is this - you do not need big generator to run AC because its starting current is the same as running current.

take this example when MS-A10VD start that suck 20Amp that means you need a 6KVA generator

now taking into running current of e.g. 4-5amp for inverter type AC your 2kva generator can run it
