if seals are worn out then viscous oil serve the purpose and oil consumption will be reduced but if rings are worn out then this will increase the amount of smoke from car:S

you are quite wrong, either way oil will be consumed.

and for everyone else, every engine in the world consumes oil be it new Mercedes Benz, Bentley, Toyota, Suzuki, MAN, Citroen, Freightliner - you name it..

Oil consumption will always be high on a very cold running engine, and you dont need all fancy shmancy oils for oldschool engines like your mehran.. simple SF or SG grade with 15W40 or 20W50 viscosity work well with proper operating temperature.
