Best time of season to visit Noori nar top?

As the topic said and many ppl here like me are planning to visit Northern areas.So i was wondering that wat's the best time of season to visit places like Noori nar top,lulusar lake,dodipatsar lake,seral lake and raati gali lake.
Best time means when the spring is at it's full bloom..any help??

end of july and aug is the best time to visit such areas as june and july is the rainy season in those areas

The best time to visit those areas is from end of August to the whole September as the rainy season is almost end and spring is on its peak.

i went there last july ... so i recomend u end of july ... donno about other months

In my opinion the best time would be end of June as you will still find a lot of glaciers intact and a lot of snow on the mountains and on the path to Dodipat Lake, the contrast of green and white is just awesome. I visited Dodipat in the last week of June last year and, it was just great.

This year we are planning a trip to Neelam Valley and also in the last week of June i.e. from Lahore to Muzaffarabad to Sharda to Kel to Chita Khatta Lake and back to Sharda and then Naran via Noori top. If any one can help us in getting any jeeps on rental from Muzaffarabad or Rwalpindi please reply or mail me. If we could not get the jeeps on rental we will have to reverse the rout and start from Naran instead of Muzaffarabad.

we are also planning a trip to neelum valley in mid june on my jeep... we will be visiting sharda and chitta khatta

Bhai our plan is almost final we intend to leave from Lahore on the evening of Saturday the 14th of June or Saturday the 22nd of June depending upon the office work load. Our desired rout will be from Lahore to Muzaffarabad to Sharda to Kel to Chita Khatta Lake and other surrounding areas upto Rupal (depending upon as far as we can reach) and back to Sharda and then Naran via Noori top and back to Lahore. We intend to complete this tour within a week’s time. There will be around 9 to 11 persons on this trip (all my office associates and friends) we intend to hire 2 jeeps. The problem is we are facing difficulties in finding jeeps and we have also been told that it will be hard to find appropriate jeeps from Muzaffarabad.

Shahid Bhai (jeepholic) has mailed me and told that he might help in this regard if he could. So I am waiting for his reply now.

Dear I have not visited these areas before and don’t know the exact condition of the roads but I do know that there is a proper bus service from Muzaffarabad to Kel and in my opinion the rainy season starts from July. I think the weather will be same as Naran i.e. cold in nights and moderate during the day time. So my brother no need to worry just pack your gear and put you jeep in gear.

Bro a group came back from Chitta Katta, they were unable to reach the lake.. its all frozen there.. land slides after Keil hav partially blcoked the jeep track.. so its a long track to a snow covered lake only..

if you want to see the beauty of spring in the area.. wait at least a month.

July/august seems to be the time to visit shonter.

Bhai we are very much committed to our plan i.e. we will go in the last week of June, besides it will almost be impossible for us to get leaves in July or August as office work will be enormous due to audit etc. Thanks for the information about the current situation any ways.

You are right the best time is the month of June no other month can be considered as best other than june for trekking especially in neelum, Kaghan and Swat valleys.
In End of july and early august most of the snow melt and one can only see the greenery but snow on the mountains disapperas almost evey where.

Bhai please tell me have you visited to Chita Khatta and if yes then what is the treaking time and distance from the nearest road.
