Bro did you adjusted the clutch lever? As per me its problem with your clutch lever, its not adjusted properly thats why gear is so hard.

If gear lever is not adjusted properly following problems may occur

1. Hard hear shifting
2. Kharak sound on engaging gear while in stationary position
3. While holding clutch if you engage gear bike may move forward.

Also check your chain, to tight chain also results in hard gear shift.

i have honda cg 125 e2.this is my first bike .or mjy us k engine sa differnt type ke sound sunai daite hain.kuch zyada he. kindly ap mjy bta skty hn tappet noise ka alava or kon c sounds hote hain ... tunning k bad b km ni hoi ..waiting for your valueable coments .tnx

no idea about GS rear breake shoes..

Not satisfied with stock rear brake shoes either.
So kindly suggest me some alternative. which bike's brake shoes are same as GS??? and which brand i should be looking for

Oil kitni tezi say kam hota hai I mean if you use 1500KM and then go for oil change and only 100ml is reduced that is ignorable for now... and If no smoke visible onli deposits noticed theb Your Bike is running rich or EuroTwo Device gone faulity?

@vickytullai noticed it, my bike doesnt give white smoke while starting in morning or anytime, however there's good carbon deposit on exhaust tip

Follow the clutch line and you will reach near engine. There's a small screw which will be holding tension in clutch wire adjust it accordingly by engaging gear when the gear shifting is smooth and bike is stationary while engaging gear in mean position (Make sure it doesnt gives jerk and want to go of while shifting at stationary position) then its adjusted properly

There's a small screw which will be holding tension in clutch wire adjust it accordingly by engaging gear when the gear shifting is smooth and bike is stationary while engaging gear in mean position (Make sure it doesnt gives jerk and want to go of while shifting at stationary position) then its adjusted properly

This will work only if the clutch plates themselves are within wear limits.

Guys need some help.as most of u guys know that I baught a new cg euro 2.now its 1050km driven.first get it tuned from antena shop bt results were not satisfactory so again get it tuned from a old mechenic n job was done perfectly.rims were also alligned.
Now the problem is dat at higher rpm like 8 n 9 at speed of 80-max it vibrates alot, also at speed more than 90 I feel like its shaking how ever rims were alligned a day before.m using liquoy moli 20w50. Cg euro 2 gurus need help from u people.

bros all gs owners!kindly respnd.kal head light ka bulb kharab ho gya bilkul band nai tha dim hua tha .akbar chok me claim center ha PS ka unho ne kaha k bulb change karwao hmarey pas nai ha ek jga se change karaya 50 rupe wala mla is se better nai tha shop pe bari mushkil se adjust hua holder me due to non genuine i think. phr b headlight handee me sahi traa nai bethi.mkanic bola k neechay se thori jga reh jati ha genuine fitting me b thori space hoti ha neechay se.is this true???
