I think the SUV driver was himself responsible and initiator of his act.... He had hit the biker although he had enough time to brak and slow down. The biker did not brake check him... he came infront the SUV and slowed down - probably to look back at his friends or something...
There was no excuse for the SUV driver to bulldoze his car over the bike and run like this...
He showed hatred towards the bikers by doing so... He damaged his bike and that was more than enough to be spared and not to be chased down for! How would he himself have felt if a truck would have ra over his car and then ran away asying that the damaged car driver was "Threatening" him...
Mob has its own psychology and dynamics and one should always stay out of groups/mods...
