This was the discussion for my 90 minute class today.
Basically, the bikers wanted full control of the road, most of the cars gave them way and moved over to the shoulder, however the asian man from new jersey didn't know what was going on and kept speeding through the freeway. Eventually the bikers wanted to get rid of him, so they brake checked him. The asian victim had no other choice but to bump one of the biker slightly from the back, which caused everyone on the freeway to come to a complete stop. Some bikers surrounded him and got off their bikes, the asian man was with his family so he apparently got nervous and a bit scared. He peeled off in his rover and slightly ran over one biker, who underwent critical surgery and won't be able to walk for life.
The gang of bikers chased down the Range rover until he finally got off an exit in Manhattan, there they surrounded him while he was stuck in traffic and broke his cars window with their helmets. The assaulted and severely attacked the asian man as his family was horiffically watching the whole scene.
Cops came, the bikers fled and the asian man was rushed to the hospital. He is doing a little better now but still in quite dismantled condition.
Two of the bikers who played the key role have been arrested by police, one of them was actually a cousin of my close neighbor, and he was from passaic, nj. Name Chris Cruz.
Anyways police are still searching for a third suspect, who was the biker who smashed the rovers windows with his helmet.
