All of those who are giving remarks like bohat acha hua, I hate biker and bla bla... well its not that simple, bikes and cars are two different vehicles and has different driving dynamics... A person who hasn't ever driven a bike cant give a neutral statement here.
My points in favour of biker:
A. The biker did not brake, he might have released the throttle and bike slowed very slightly due to engine braking... you cannot see any brake light of bike turning on in this vid, nor the slowing speed is that of braking... but yes the rover wala was annay ka bacha that he could not see the bike slowing down right at front of his eyes, his hood... He had ample time to brake/react... he had 4 wheels and could have braked much more harder.
It is right, the rover guy and his family might have reported bikers but who can guarantee that this particular biker was trying to specifically harrass this car/family or not... or even anyone of them were trying something of that sort at all. It might have been a case where the car driver just got irritated of too many bikers occupying road/ moving slow etc.
The biker who got hit and others who came off their bikes must have had no idea how irritated/harrassed or threatened the family might have felt.. and how many calls they have had already made to 911 for the offensive driving/attitude of some of the fellow riders...
All together, my point is... that it was a plain simple case of hit and run... running over a person and his bike in this process is a criminal offense... The rover driver cannot be excused for acting that madly in anycase... even if he was threatened or not.
PS. what the vedio does not show is the fact the bike's rear tire completely went under the bumper of rover and the bike must have been immovable. He did some reasonable damage to the bike... This is a common problem with heavy bikes, due to exposed rear tyre and high rised tail light, the tire is exposed to direct hit from car bumpers and can get stuck under the car in same condition.
