i myself workout...started off when i was 16...was in the Athletics team at school by 17...actually started workin out to condition my body for it... when i started i was a weakling that cudnt do more than 5 pushups..
khair...did those bodyweight exercises such as push ups...chin ups...rope climbing (23 feet high)..and loads of sprints...and distance running 2 times a week... got real fit then...got myself up to 55 pushups in a row...real nice 4 pac abs...but lost weight...lets say i became really lean...it was nice...but i wanted a bit more mass..
so i started weight training like a year back (after a year break of no gym at all)... kept doing pushups and pull-ups...and chinups occasionally... and have gotten serious since 2 months now...doing one body part a day...5 exercises and 3-4 sets each...12-15 reps per exercise...cause want to grow as leanly as possible.. running 5kms daily these days...
so got any tips for me.. ?
P.s i maxxed out at 65 pushups in a row last i remember...shud i try them again to see my fitness level now ? i'm 5'11" and weigh in at 74 kgs now..
i workout for 45 mins at the gym before iftar these days... have a light iftar and then do the 5km run...and then have proper food when im back...
also i tried pull-ups today after a decent while...
like this (previously used to do full wide grip pull ups on a straight bar)...

managed to do 18 proper ones before i started to cheat what do you think ?
