oh thats what was confusing as in that video they said inhale n then exhale so i thought that i have to hold it,n today while doing it i held my breath...they said that dont do more than one,but as u told to do 3 times,so i did each 3 times
today these asans took around 20min with rest etc when i repeated each 3 times...i guess with warming up exercises

today did asans.......n the warming up exercises which rozzzzz showed(the ones which were to b done b4 body building)
btw can i walk in all of these days for 20-30min?
today as it rained so it was all muddy n running was risky...
