today i tried running/jogging as much as i could
in the begining i got tired too earlier but i kept on trying then my legs started to hurt badly between the leg joint n feet area......then i had to take rest
then again did jogging now it was better
then ran a little then did warming up exercises n tried push ups n MASHALLAH i did 11push ups in a row,then again tried but couldnt do much.....tried chin ups could do one properly 2nd wasnt full......then again did jogging n it was further better after that again did push ups n could do 8 push ups in a row.....
when i did weight lifting with 1min rest between each set it took 26min + 5-10min of warming up
n after that when i tried push ups i could do 10 push ups in a row..
