Congrats on the purchase. 2.0ds are pretty much dont require any very high maintenance . At 100k timing belts are replaced along with idlers and be sure to replace the cam and crank seals . I have the exact shape and it mashallah now upwards of 180k driven now.
1 oil use the sane viscosity that used priorily. I switched to mobil 1 delvac 15w-40 with an oem toyota oil filter and an oem air fikter
2 keep track of diesel filters if using a genuine toyota replace at 40k other wise if using denso copies change at about 15 to 20k air fikter if using oem can run upto 12k Without issues. Just get it blown out at a tyre shop that has a clean compressor setup
3 100k service is pretty simple no need to fiddle with the pump just replace the nozzles get them properly balanced and use an oem timing belt.
4 oil change interval is like 4500 to 5000 kilometer
5 at 100k the tappets are checked and adjusted please use a workshop that knows there work and always check tappets when the engine is stone cold and no need to check it for the next 70 to 80k
6 dont let anyone mess with the fuel settings as mechanics have an itch to mess with the fuel and injection timing.
Timely oil changes and using good filter ur car will pretty much run without any issues. And no need to open glow plugs unless they have a prob a resistance test on then can easily verify if they are okay and certainily they dont need cleaning
Enjoy the 2.0d
