Bought Dunlop DiGi Tyre EC201 175/70/R13

The General Tyres 155/80R13 (56611 km done ) on my Cultus outlived their life (56611 km)
Sold all 4 of them for (Rs/-600)

the two front tyres had become completely bald more like slicks no tread was left

Spoke to @Gtir and @Akbargr8 decided to get Dunlops

went to the Tyre market near Urdu Bazaar

Not much info on Digi tyre on the web

1.5 Years back I got Sumitomo Each costed me 2950/=, and paying 3350/= for each (Dunlop). even after this period -- looks high to me, what is the price for Sumitomo now, do you have any idea, did you asked for it ??

Sumitomo tyres were good once upon a time there are only two shops in Karachi genuinely importing them "cheaper Chinese alternatives are available.....
I myself have used Sumitomo in the past ...

congrats on the purchase.. earlier this year (Feb'08) i also switched from 155/80 to 175/70 R13 for my cultus, but the jump was from Bridgestone B391 to GTR-378.. costed me 9000/- after adjusting the old tyres, but they were in very good condition except for the one which had lost its shape the handling of cultus becomes awesome on 175/70s
