Bought Mitsubishi AC ( Not Mr Slim)

Yesterday I went out to purchase Mitsubishi Mr Slim 1.5T but ended up buying a full size Heavy Duty Mitsubishi 1.5T AC. Looks robust and powerful. Will get it installed by afternoon.

No I did not check about inverter based ACs. Are they available locally and how much do they cost ?

I think there were only mr slim in the market, how come you got the advance?

Its not advanced, rather its written "heavy duty" on left side of the inner unit. Its imported / tagged with the date as 06-04-2010. Comes with 3 years parts and compressor warranty

well the price diff was around Rs 6000/- or so and was getting a better stuff. Besides I had read in this forum that the current Mr Slim is not as good as it used to be 2-3 years ago. when I found this, it occured to me that I now have a better choice to make.

The main thing is Power consumption, if amps on both are the same then Mr. Mota is a better buy

This mitsubishi is the best buy. I don't like the mr slim, it's over priced. Mitsubishi ACs became famous because of those big Advance models.
