I extend my grief and schock to the families of the victims.

At all the guyz who are mad at the driver for using facebook please dunt be naive and childish. i am hurt aur aggrieved on this incident too but the guy might have just used facebook to update his loved n dear ones that he is safe to avoid any rumors.

Moreover had he been updating on pakwheels i am sure u all guys wouldnt have minded it.

All in ALL a sad incident and lives lost in these kinds of events is highly tragic.

After killing these innocent people I would stick around and help those in need rather then running away to update my freakin facebook but in order to do that you have to be MAN enough to own up and face the music and ANYONE who is saying driver is not to be blamed have their facts and priorities all screwed up. Bottom line is it’s my car and my responsibility... PERIOD!!!

Just Informed by a friend a guy died was a Askari Bank Bahria Town, Manager along with his SON and his daughter is injured. I think one daughter was home. feel Sad for the finished family.

According to details, one Atif Sheikh wrote a letter to the DCO office on December 1 seeking permission for the race. On December 2, the DCO’s office asked the Special Branch to present a report on the matter. A report from the DPO office permitted the race, but the report from the Special Branch disallowed it. On December 4, the Rawalpindi DCO office formally prohibited the race, saying that it could not be allowed. In spite of this, the race was held in the limits of the Rawat Police Station. However, SHO Chaudhry Mehdi claimed that he had a permit letter for the race. Investigations into the incident have begun by the Rawalpindi DCO.

So the legal matter now exists solely against the organizers of the event (if your report is true)

lack of safety measures,driver is not responsible after all its a sports game,but felt very sad yesterday,saw the unsensored video just when the car crashed all those injured peoples..DAMN horrible it was,after a few mins it was removed from utube
