Bubbles and Water Drop in Radiator | Water Leakage from Exhaust

Issue in my Cultus 2012 driven for 130K:
1. Water Level Drops in Radiator significantly.
2. There are bubbles coming out of Radiator.
3. There's water leakage from Exhaust as well.

a. Water in my old Radiator was Rusty. I got a new Radiator so there's no Rust anymore but water level still drops.
b. There's no visible Oil in Water.
c. Oil inside Engine Cap don't feel sticky and seems normal.
d. There's white smoke during morning time only. Normally there's no visible white, blue or black smoke.
e. Fan is working fine on Auto.
f. When AC is on or Fan is direct then the bottle gets filled to top. Without AC or when Fan is Auto, it get the water from the bottle too but the Radiator water is still dropped. I have to fill water by opening Radiator Cap.
g. There's no Thermostat. (I tried to get it installed but mechanic tested it but my car was not functioning properly and he suggested me to get the engine checked after removing it's head. He said he'll be able to install Thermostat after Engine is checked and that issue is fixed. I think he said you rpm are increasing at idle after Thermostat is installed. But I don't remember exactly what was the reason).
h. Head Gasket was changed back in 2018. But the Radiator water drop issue wasn't resolved even then. I have to refill the water every morning. And I have to keep checking the water level just in case after or during long drives.

Please suggest me what should I do. I went to mechanic to get my Radiator checked. But I was suggested to get my engine opened. I don't want to mess with engine until it's absolutely necessary.

only i have very little coolant loss...

but bubbles are just like that

I tried the Coolant as well. I had to refil it daily with water until there was no Coolant but only water left.
But during that time I noticed that Coolant at bottle was fine in actual Green form. But the Radiator water was lost and lost it's color obviously because of refilling with water.
(PS: I fill the Bottle upto mention point only)

One more thing is there are very little or no bubbles when car is Cold. The quantity and intensity of bubbles increases with temperature.

Check the radiator cooling fan. It's air flow direction and volume of air throw.
How about the AC fan? Sounds like water drops in system with AC is on or off.
Could there be a leak in the system, cracked hose pipe?
If there is proper vacuum in the system with no leakage then you only need to fill or top up in the reservoir bottle, there is never any need to open radiator cap and pour water in it

I have to refill daily by opening the Radiator cap.
And there's always water in bottle. Sometimes it's full, sometimes it's a bit low or at the position where it's supposed to be but it don't get empty.
Shouldn't my Bottle be empty in morning when car is cold as the water is supposed to be sucked back by Radiator? Maybe my Radiator Cap is also faulty.
Are the Bubbles, water drop and water not being sucked separate issues?

Radiator and AC Fans seems to work fine.
Fan is on Auto and it turns on when temperature hit 96-97. Just before the fan turns on, the water jumps about 2 inches from Radiator. Once the Fan turns on the water level drops.

I tried filling the Radiator by parking the car nose up. And refilling it to top when Fan is on. I refilled it for 3 times using this method. But bubbles are still there and water level is still reducing while driving.

I don't know why I feel like there's some link of water in Silencer with Radiator water drop.

As I mentioned at point g above:

replace radiator cap. check the small pipe going from radiator to overflow bottle. the pipe should be continuously dipped in the water/coolant in the bottle.

on an engine functioning as per factory specs,

you car is efi, and has a mechanically connected throttle plate, not drive by wire, per my knowledge

on cold start, the ecu will give a signal to idle air control valve to increase rpm to 1500. until engine reaches operating temperature.

on reaching operating temperature, engine will reduce rpm to 800 rpm on idle.

a mechanical thermostat valve will only help in reaching operating temperature faster. thats it

Why should the bottle be empty in morning, the whole system should never be empty in morning. Your system is the culprit,
Does water boil in reservoir bottle? Suspecting steam is causing loss of water in system

Brother looking at your radiator bubbles video this is most definitely head gasket leak issue. Replace your headgasket as soon as possible and resurface head if necessary. Due to headgasket leak exhaust gases are mixing up with coolant. Save your engine and take necessary step as soon as possible.

Please check if you suspect something in engine sound too by listening to it using headphones maybe.

Gasket gone plus you need to prime up the cooling system lines there must be some leakages in it due to water sulphate formation in the cooling system thus torning the low gauge water steel pipes.

Currently you need to redo the head facing and gasket done l.
Next during the removal of head mechanic should carefully inspect all of the metal pipes to ensure there is no seepage.
Radiator is perfect remember to also check the water pump for leakage.

Now that's something impossible without visual inspection.
Can't estimate on written symptoms on forum.
To confirm about the estimate visit some good mechanic and ask him for full estimation along with details of success of the project. If the tech is not confident about the success ratio drop him and find some other guy

I got it checked by a Mechanic.
He also suggested Head Facing, Gasket and Water Pump replacement as there's some kind of sound coming from it.
I'll ask him to inspect metals pipes too for seepage.
He quoted 12K for Gasket, Head Facing.
And 15K if Pump is also replaced.

Can definitely hear somethings odd, it could be as simple as a bad pulley or much worse. Kindly have mercy on the engine stop driving this car and take it to the mechanic, your headgaskets gone and would most probably need to resurface head too. Stop calculating the khurcha do teen achay mechanics se kharcha compare kar lain and please have some mercy on this poor thing.
