I agree this sounds like Distributor Ignition Time issue. Our mechanics usually retard distributor after engine work has done to put less load on the engine. And you took the right decision to use 10w40 oil.

Today I took the car to be checked for Ignition Timing or Throttle but it was driving smoothly. Like if it's self healed. I hope it'll keep driving smoothly and issue won't be reappeared.

I got the Compression Tested and it's 150 psi. I think it's good.

I noticed the Long Trim is still (-8 to -10). Is that normal or does it indicate some issue?

150 PSI is RED LINE .
compression test has 2 steps wet & dry

only wet & dry compression readings can ascertain issues.

. The Chimpanzee Ustad class trick the vehicle owner with single step and declare engine kamzor hai assembly change karlo.

I am noticing that I'm facing same issue only in morning. Can anyone help me regarding this?
Someone said there can be issue with Gear Oil.

Today I had to drive car early at 5AM, the car was again feeling hesitant and sluggish to drive and accelerate. Like if there's no fuel or Brakes are pressed. I drove it for 30 minutes and issues was still there. (Outside Temp was 14C-15C or below)

Then I started and drove it after 1PM, It was like if issue was never there. It didn't felt hesitant or sluggish. (Outside Temperature was 25C-30C)

is it an automatic transmission ? what is fluid change history?? any idea
also check for transmission cooling lines connected to radiator or not.

It's a Manual Transmission Cultus 2012.
Gear Oil was changed almost 3 years ago and it's driven almost 40,000KM since then.
Everything seems connected. But I'll checkc it again.

The radiator hoses and flange pipes are of low quality from factory. Get new flanges, block pipe and Darson brand hoses (radiator, heater core, iacv) which is oem for suzuki. As the system has seen corrossion, it may leak out at a time you require the car most. Happens when coolant is cycling at optimum temp for extended time, it cuts away scale and rust.

For engine hesitation, reverify if timing belt was put properly. Check if distributor has been timed properly and timing advance lever is functioning. You mentioned throttle body has been fiddled with, check if iacv is working correctly.

I got those things checked but not in detail.
I feel the hesitation only in the morning otherwise it drives fine.

Visual inspection from outside holds no value for it. As it rusts inside out, you will only find it when it has rotted through. For rubber hoses, they deterorite away upon contacting exhaust/fuel mixture (which happens when head gasket is blown - the bubbles you saw). That too will be inside out (crunchy pipes when you squeeze them).
The temperature related hesitation most likely points towards iacv, however, it should rather be scanned properly. Fuel trims, sensor readings etc. should be checked at various temperatures for pin pointing the issue.

Did you have industrial sae140 or sae 280 gear oil put in?

I dont get it if the issue somehow is with the Gear Oil then how come you didnt notice it before this work was done? You say this happened only after headgasket work was done right? I think you need to take it to the mechanic and describe everything to him in detail. If it isn't the timing issue then it needs thorough inspection. IACV valve usually create rpm fluctuation if that would have been the case. Do you hear knocking rattle noise from the engine if yes then you must take it to the mechanic and point that to the mechanic also remove oil filler cap from tappet cover and see whether engine oil is circulating properly (you would see oil splashes when revved and even in idle you would be easily able to see it).
