Salam everyone!
I hope everyone's doing well, my Mazda RX8 is finally home & now? It was finally time for myself to get another car to play with, after throwing in money for those huge bills on the RX8, I was looking to get an affordable, yet a different project, I honestly was thinking of getting a Suzuki Swift MK1 (2 door) for myself but as I was going through my routine pakwheels surfing, I came across an ad that blew my mind & I actually made a blind deal, here she is!
The Honda Accord 3G itself, this is my new toy that I'll be playing with & since people are not really into reading threads here now, I'll be posting updates on my YouTube channel as well, to which you all can subscribe & stay updated to the project there, as well as here. Avoid the lousy picture quality, these were shot at 6am on my iPhone. This car is a treat for me for the price that I've got it for, I'll be following the rule of one project at a time especially after my RX8 because projects are a pain in the ass & a drill to your pockets, but I'll be starting this car from scratch as well so it will definitely require time but it'll be worth the wait, I promise!

. Power Windows (Mentioning because they weren't standard)
. A decent set of 15" rims with a decent amount of tread left on the tyres

Bringing my RX back to life - Mazda RX8 1JZ VVTi

idea is good, specs seems good but why a duplicate number, body wise effed up car. you will need to put ur heart and soul to complete this car becuase for hondas exterior and interior matters. and this car body is not in great shape especially the sunroof and the roof. plus the rims are hideous.

but its ur choice, u can change everything.

I'm planning to keep the D17 for now that came with the car, it was a fresh swap and the power is pretty ample too as far as a daily driven is concerned. I just drove this car for like 5 times since I got it.

The guy lost the original number plates during shifting so got a set of duplicates issued, later, he found the original plates too so he gave me the set of both the plates
As far as the body is concerned, take a look at my other projects, the appearance of the car is always my top priority init a Honda or a Toyota or even a Suzuki, it's going to take time but the final products that I give, are always a treat for the watchers. Talking about the rims, I hate them. I'd never go for anything like this ever, but changing the wheels will be the last thing on my list. Gotta focus on the body work first.

So my denter's not feeling well due to which he cannot show up at work for another 3-4 days, so instead of handing over the car to the workshop, I'm keeping it home. I am thinking whether I should stick with the black colour or I should change it, any suggestions?

This Honda Accord have special color like classic metal less shiny with lots of flakes and decent amount of shade which makes maroon, silver , grey color eye catching other wise saw many accord repainted never looked graceful like original.

This car is quite sexy if well painted and shaped. Quite a challenge you took. I hope you best of luck . .....

The challenges are always worth it bro, I do not want to get it painted into any of it's OEM shades. I want it to be different like my other projects, I wanted to keep it black but I've had enough of black cars now. I was considering of converting the front to pop up lights but no one really voted in for it.

And thanks to this all new virus, the workshop has been closed as well for 10 days, so the project will start once the workshop reopens. I shouldn't have started the thread so early but well, we can have some decent discussion regarding this specific project of mine.

And the D17 is also providing me ample power, not planning for a swap actually due to the fuel prices. I need to turn this car into a headturner and affordable to be driven and maintained. Not everyone can afford to drive a car with a K or H powerplant
