Yes, he did wash it infront of me.
He told me that he'll remove the rust with a metal brush and spray anti rust on the remaining area so that the rust doesn't spreads at all, I'll take pictures of the process tomorrow because the left panel is yet to be done. These people are barely listening because of Eid ahead, they're allowed to work 5 days a week and they want to make the most of this week because they know that the amount of money they got from me so far, they can't expect anything further before they start painting the car.

buy or make some cavity wax and learn how to apply it - you will thank me later, your car is missing almost all of it, remove the dashboard and fix the sunroof drain tubes while at it.

My recipe is is with abt 3 or 4 liter turpentine or other odorless spirits abt half kg beeswax or regular parrafin wax and some cheapo 30/40 oil

Mix it up and spray with a high pressure gun into trapped cavities. Those cavities are accessible by removing the rubber bungs from various parts of the car

For interior purpose use something with no smell or a nice smell
I like the smell of beeswax

Heating the panels to remove paint? Why arnt you using paint remover?

Heating will warp the metal and youll get a very poor surface for paint that can never be rectified.

Most of the paint was removed by a paint remover, especially the parts where the amount of filler was more, half of the hood was stripped using a paint remover as well, you can watch the videos for that.

Go to township market and buy wire brush that attaches on grinder or drill machine, use it to clean the rust off of tight spots.

Denter painter will either not clean it well or will do it super slow, to make one day task stretch to three days (sahb bohat kaam tha bullshit)

You will be surprised how fast the rust will be cleaned

Also if you are able to remove rust and cant make the Cavity wax on your own you can buy 3M Cavity Wax... I used it on my car and allahumdullilah no major rust issues... It is a little expensive but totally worth it.

Also, after having the foot rails Installed please do inspect them yourself from below the car. Denter may leave little holes which will later become an issue... Also look out for panel gaps during the process...
