Cleaning it up
The carpet was washed and left to dry in direct sunlight.
Washing the engine bay to get rid of all the dirt that's been there for years!
Washing the remaining exterior to wipe off the dirt and get the paint cut & compounded.
EXTERIOR CUT AND COMPOUNDDivided the hood in two sections in order to see the difference, before and after the paint correction.
They performed the paint correction on the left half of the hood, the results aren't really visible in this picture so I'm attaching more pictures for reference.
Look at the quality of the flash bouncing on this area of the hood since it was paint corrected.
This area of the hood remained untreated and the swirls are clearly visible, also, check the quality of the flash bouncing here

The left side wasn't paint corrected at this point, therefore, I took a picture for a clearer demonstration of what it looked like before
