the least you can do is to go the dealership and deal with them strictly like you mean business rather then believing in their lame excuses and fantasizing your facelifted model, stop behaving like a gentleman when you go to the dealership to inquire about your car status and let them know that you wont be waiting any longer so at least they take you seriously and do something about it.
Twice I went to the showroom dealt with them harshly and both the times they had something for me, first time dispatch list and second time car documents, whereas on call they never mentioned anything about it.
Tomorrow yet again I will be going to the showroom and hopefully this time I will come back with my car.
