Can any Mark X expert guide me how to fully turn TRC and VSC off?

I have tried doing the process mentioned in the Pakwheels blog, also I have experimented with some youtube videos but still CAN'T turn my TRC and VSC fully off. Does my car have any technical fault or what ? My model is 2004, 300G Premium.

Hi. This guide applies to all mark x first gen with Traction Control (TRC) and Vehicle Stability Control (VSC). First, simple understanding of these funtions: TRC keeps the wheels from spinning in a straight line. VSC keeps the car from going sideways.
