Can i go to Khunjerab pass on a landcruiser?

Hi guys i would like to tell all of you that i want to go to khunjerab pass in around june but i do not want to go by travel company i want to go alone but i am not sure if my car will make it to khunjerab pass. I have a Landcruiser ZX 2016 model and i very well know it is a great luxurious expensive and strong car but still khunjerab pass is very far away and im doubting the ability of my cruiser it is my own and not on rent and it is 4.7cc engine please someone help me to know and how should i travel stopping at which views to see and best hotels on the way

I believe it is. And a very sick joke if I may say so. I own an 80 series and have traveled on it with a full load virtually everywhere and Allhumdulillah that 22 year old vehicle did'nt let me down and here this gentleman is asking if his 2 year old LC will take him to a place where my dad took us in year 1991 on a 1000cc Nissan Sunny Sedan.
