Car Ac wont work in very hot Climate ( Karachi )

Guys , i have 2015 Corolla, Recently last week, i changed my Condenser, installed new Condenser and Honda life Compressor, Yesterday it was 45 Degree outside Temp in karachi in day time 1 to 2 PM and CAR AC was not blowing cold air , i never experience this,

is it due to very hot Climate?
is it Due to i have installed new China Condenser ?

Car Start Cooling again after 4 PM when Temp Drop to 35 Degree. My car Color is black. Any suggestions ?

Honda life compressor in Corolla? I think you need to get original compressor for your corolla.

I have 2013 Gli with Terios Compressor and Alhamdulillah yesterday I was in some remote area and the real feel temperature was 48 °C but AC was working excellent.

Bro u wasted money on that compressor. Go back to corolla compressor. A 660cc compressor will not bring in much cooling on a 1.3 liter engine.

Honda life Compressor,

Why did you do that? It is NOT advisable in any way to use even Honda's Compressor let alone Honda Life's compressor. I suggest you change the compressor to Corolla's original one and you'll feel the change.

The rest is your choice.

Guys before i was using Terios Compressor, but i installed Honda life this time, because when Terious Compressor Died, i took Everything, Like Condenser, Coil and Compressor it self, it plugged Carbon everywhere in whole system. So i moved to Honda life.

Orignal Compressor is not available easily in Qabli and new one are also without Warranty Cost too much. the AC works fine on Honda life too but i was sharing on very Hot Day situation

Bro i will change it to Terious again when it will die, if i change, i need to put Gas again put Compressor again cost 9 to 10 K, i have this Terious in my Another Corolla and Charade

Terios or corolla 2006 compressor works better only. Rest are just for 660cc.

Original ac compressor lasted 110k kms in my 2016 corolla 1.8 cvti. It never turned on or gave cold air after some lound noise.

I guess i was very lucky my 2010 corolla had its original ac compressor even after being driven for 210k kms, after it i sold it.

Cabin air filter also affect A/c throw.check that also.It,located in the glove box.

The factory compressor of Toyota corolla works perfectly in the blistering heat of UAE and KSA too, what made you or mechanic think that Karachi is unique?

How much gas was charged in the system? was the system vacuumed with a pump? was the oil charge corrected? was the TXV installed properly and is it actually good quality?

That is the actual issue. If you leave everything to a brain dead monkey aka mechanic, what else would you expect? People buy PKDM cars just so that they can find replacement parts easily. Yes they cost more than kabli because they're new and will survive more than a kabli part. And I know AC technicians in KHI who actually pay attention to all these things that Xulfiqar mentioned.

They also are not aware of how an ac actually works or what is head pressure or what is thermal load or heat soak or kind of oil or flushing the lines precautions, Oring install, They done even own flare wrenches for oldschool setups either

All they know is that selling a compressor makes most money

I would charge it with the quality Gas such as Honeywell and check your floor and add Heat Insulation Shield. Chinese Gas wont work at certain temp.

There are many videos for corolla on youtube from UAE & USA. All have same issue. 10th gen and 11th gen corolla ac compressor gives up, specifically in non climate control variants. No/less cooling on low rpms/idle. If you have a cvt variant with non climate control, you will feel real heat if compressor goes bad.
