Ehsan bhai APC wipe ka baray mein thori info dein kia product use hoti hai for best result what is difference between APC and IPA wipe?
Aur yeh IPA wipe kahan se miltay hain...

Is par ziada roshni to Ahmad bhai and other senior detailers hi daal saktay hien... Mien to bas itna jaanta houn k . Selant & waxes ko Oil free surface chahiay hoti hia for good bonding.. Whereas the Polishing i,ve done has given poishing oils to the paint. So selant / wax would not be strongly bonded on the oily surface..
best thing to use is = Pre Wax Cleaners OR Sealant prep polishes.
Cheap + fast substitute is IPA / APC wipe.

I think its the source of that strong chemical odor that you smell in hospitals. Internationally, its easily available over the shelf and you need to dilute it for car use. This is the cheapest way for polishing oils removal, there are however specialised products like Carpro Eraser that serve the same purpose in a better way. With sealants/waxes, you have the luxury to reapply but incase of coating (meant to live their life in years) you absolutely dont want any oils on the surface (almost all coating lineups have their oil removal products or suggest IPA).

If the chemical formula of that spirit is isopropyl alcohol. You have to lookup on the bottle for its chemical composition. Ahmad bhai can confirm how thats available locally, but not the friendliest of products to use (very strong to your hands). For your personal detail, In most cases, the pre-wax cleanser (preferably in the same product range) will serve the purpose of setting the base ready for your wax/sealant.

After polishing the car, I have plans to wipe it and then apply Synthetic sealant, Afterwards I have plans to use Dodo Light Fantastic Wax..
Plz suggest .

about father's car now give few pass of ultimate compound on back hood as discussed and finish with ultimate polish

u already have apc so give apc wipe to whole car ( 50% apc and 50% distil water ) to remove polishing oils and than sealant layer, and 2 coats of dodo light fantastic with interval of 8 hours and next day detailer wipe
for black trims use any interior detailer , tyer dressing

Actually before this civic , i gave a detailing session to my cuore and that car is 2003 model means 11 year old and never ever got a detailing session before and is full of all types of defects so it took me around 7 days with 8 hours average on everyday to make the 50% better.
So that,s y i was upset that civic is big one and have deep swirls and i want to make it close to perfect so doing it with hand will take 10 days minimum and a lot of effort but not now i,m right working on the trunk lets see how long it will take with machine....

one more thing bhai does it make any difference in the layer of polish that creates depth for the paint if apply two coats of polish , means if i apply two coats of ultimate polish what difference i will achieve as compared to one coat...

faizan bhai , u can do polishing twice but i think no use of same polish twice. if u polish with meguiars m205 and refine it with meguiars ultimate polish than trust me out class results as ultimate polish is mild polish than 205 so give more better finishing over m205 ( azmyesh shert hai ) well if u have good experience over electric polishers u can even get same outcomes with only one polish like start with m205 and work on high rpm with some pressure on polisher,after 4 or 6 laps ( depend upon imperfections ) than give last 2 to 3 laps with less rpm and without any pressure on polisher this will also give u very nice and flawless polished surface

Right now i,m working on trunk and compound is being applied to half of it and rest will done after meal and than will polish it and than white wax.... i,m going very slow as i,m not used to of polishing machine it will take some time to understand it.....

very well explanation main aim is to provide silicone / oil free surface so sealants or paint coatings can bond best with surface and u can enjoy max protection of expensive sealants and paint coatings, almost every brand making is making surface prep polishes or cleansers like locally avilable Auto Finesse Tough sealant prep polish, its proper polish, remove minor imperfections but dont have silicone or oils and provide best bond able surface to sealants or paint coatings.

That is a good DIY, however be mindful that an improper device (and usage) can harm your paint. What is in the base of wool pad ? A foam support ? That will dictate how firm your pad is.
Keep in mind that wool provides a strong cut (more than the foam pads themselves) and assuming you're using ultimate compound (which has a 7/10 cut) will cut strongly. Also, you need to apply less pressure specially in the last 2-3 section passes (of the 18"x18" area you're working on) so that the broken down abrassive can polish your surface to a gloss. If the product dries, spray mist with water and work it in. Dont let the product cake dry on pad. Good luck

Yup i learn a lot from that session and i would say before working with a machine every new one should give a try working with hand i gives you the feel how product is working...
I just completed the trunk compound , polish and wax everything is done , and believe me working with machine is also a very difficult thing but i,m getting better with it

Actually the backing plate have no foam so that,s y i,m applying almost no pressure by changing the speed i,m changing the aggressiveness. and will keep the advice in mind about the pressure in last 2 , 3 passes thanks 4 da advice

I hope the wool pad itself has good cushioning to not let the backing plate's hardness effect on car's body. You could possibly put in a foam applicator (normal meguiars yellow foam applicator). Also, keep in mind you keep it moving slowly without staying at a single place for long and touch it every now and then to see it isn't heating up (eventually trasfering that to paint).
Good luck and keep a very close eye on every section that you're working on.
