i doubt this single type 1 cloth could remove the wax off the entire car, because a MF needs to be turned quite frequently when buffing, but you cant turn this type 1 buffer to a different/clean side if it gets too much wax on it.

Yawer Bhai you are quite right here.
MF gets a lot of haze on it but when buffing with an Orbital, the trick is to apply the least possible amount of wax because the access has to be come off as a residue.So, if you apply least wax, then there will be very less residue left on TYPE1 cloth.
The reason I didn't suggest TYPE1 cloth for applying wax because it is a MicroFiber cloth and most of the product gets stuck in these microfibers.So,you have to sacrifice alot of wax.

That was the basic concept in mind when I let you people play with the orbital..............better to use more paste an save yer paint than the other way around...........when you know a power tool inside out, use as much as you want.............no problem!

Rizi bhai, youve had a shot at the rotary, you do qualify to answer the hot topic under discussion..............how hard was it??? If you hadnt seen me do it how hard would it have been then?? What about hand pressure?? Rotary rpm you kept?? How machine control was necessary??Anythin more you can add, Id love to see you do the roof top like I did on the rotary, single hand operation.............

I did some cutting on bumpers of Lahori's car and applied wax using rotary on more than half the car. My experience with rotary was great its a great yet dangerous machine :).

I did cutting at 3k rpm whereas Usman bhai did it at 5k and 6k rpm. there was some vibration in rotary at higher RPMs which makes it difficult to handle for novices.

If I hadn't seen Usman bhai using rotary, I am sure Lahori could have black bumpers instead of shiny white bumpers

Hand pressure while using rotary for cutting was very light. I made sure that the pad of rotary is touching the surface at the lightest pressure. And it was very easy to control rotary while cutting.

After cutting the bumpers I applied wax on bumpers, hood, 60% portion of roof top and also left side doors. Wax kertay huey rotary achi khaasi larrai ker rha tha even at 3k RPM. then Usman bhai told mein a technique and following that larrai kuch kam ho gai.

Conclusion:
Rotary is a very effective yet dangerous tool. you should have some experience of handling this type of machines under your belt otherwise it can create a lot of mess. A first timer must see someone experienced before using rotary or at least he should use rotary under supervision of some expert. Also start with lower RPMs and with time and experience go to higher RPMs. And most importantly do handle this tool with a lot of care

I saw a rotary for the very first time in life and Usman bhai handed over it to me :). waisay kafi confidence mila rotary use ker k.

What I think that Orbital is good for regular use and rotary should be used occasionally to do some paint correction.

the whole process is done and the product which we use is car glow usA t500 paint sealant t-500 which provide A tough long lasting,mirror like finish that protects paint longer .
Before applying this we use t-11 which cleans and restore the paint to the original luster without the use of harsh abrasives which are found in most rubbing compounds.
then we wax n then the sealant is applied
after all this processs the car becomes easy to maintain n it shines like a new 1 till 1-3 year depending how the owner maintain we just recommend to wash it once a week with shampoo n just clean n maintain your car with micro fibre
no need to wax it again if we compare it with a normal wax car
the waxed will hardly last till a wk or a month or simple normal car need to be washed after driving in rain or dirt very hard to wash n clean the car but as compare it with the car we did is very easy to maintain just a simple wash or can clean it easilyyy.
the car never get dull between the time period we mentioned

our slogan is more than a polish more than a wax it protects finish and makes Your car glow

yup bro, optimum has more variety wesay, but i had a talk with usman bhai, using a pretty mild abrasive formula on my soft paint would be a wreck, instead we are planning to do something else, will keep you posted, and text me your number i dont have it.

even swirl x on a soft paint which isnt a pain in the butt would be a havoc, so we're sticking to the plain ol' carnauba and sealer and glaze.

i can live with minor swirls, i know i love my baby a lot, but on the other hand i cant live if something goes wrong, because at the end of the day, swirl x, ultimate compound, scratch x, they do take from your paint, not add onto it, since im a business student, i would stick to the most common theory, if something stays or comes in thats good, if you're planning to let go off something, thats bad
