Youve used one of the best products out there and made every penny count. I love the wolfgang paint sealant since its a true paint sealant, im not sure wether youve done this with a DA polisher or by hand but the results are amazing none the less. The DA for some reason gives better durability. Ive seen people using a sealant and then topping it off with a wax as well though i dont know how much it helps.

I havent tried this and maybe you have so here goes the query.

My usual routine with cars is the preping, swirl removal, a true polish and then a sealant following it weekly/two-weekly with synthetic wax touch ups. Can I include a carnauba wax before the paint sealant as i dont see a point of doing it after the sealant ? Using the WDGPS right now as the paint sealant.

Thanks guys! @InamKhan I got it from USA. Ordered it from Autogeek. I dont think its available locally
@stingray The overspray is now completely removed thanks to clay bar. Yes previously there was sandy feeling and white paint droplets were visible too especially on the bonnet and front fenders

Thanks! I am indeed very pleasantly surprised by these products. I applied them by hand. Offcourse with a DA polisher the results would be much much better especially for the PPCL as it can be easily and more effectively worked on onto the paint. I do have a Porter Cable 7424XP but lately been too lazy to go search for 110v to 220v converter for it. InshAllah would do it soon and post results here.

If there is carnauba in between it wont bond properly and wont give lasting protection. Exactly the reason why its said that paint should be properly prepped before sealant/wax application. Yes it does helps. Carnauba adds depth and warmth but frankly I dont think theres any need to top WDGPS

it depend on the quality,i mean abt the time period for the shine

The time period it lasts will depend on quite a few factors......exposure to sun, exposure to dust,exposure to pollution......but as a rough example in equal conditions, a megs will last a week, whereas dodo will retain it for two....

Today for the first time I worked on my car from the scratch and did all the paint prep and sealant application myself. Took me almost 6 hours but the result in the end was well worth it. The products used were

First the car was shampooed with the Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo. Then the car was clayed with Mothers Claybar. My car has overspray on it which needed to be removed. At first I tried the usual method as depicted in internet videos but it wasn't working. I then applied a bit more pressure and the overspray gradually started coming off.

After the claying which almost took 3-4 hours, I applied one of my favorite products, the Pinnacle Paintwork cleansing lotion (PPWCL). I have highlighted before that this product has magical abilities to hide swirls and darken the paint. This product however needs to be worked on onto the paint but I was dead tired after the claying so couldn't give it the proper required time. Still it was able to do its work by hiding most of the swirls and darkening the paint. Took almost 1 hour to apply and remove the product.

In the end, I applied Wolfgang Deep Gloss Sealant (WDGPS 3.0). This is a very well reputed sealant and is counted amongst the best on international forums. For me, this product along with PPWCL is a must have for any car detailing enthusiast. You have to see the results yourself to believe them. This product is super easy to apply and super easy to remove. Infact it is even easier to remove than Pinnacle Souveran! After removal, the glossy look, shine and depth are out of this world! Yes I am talking about depth with a sealant! If you have WDGPS, you do not need any other carnauba wax or sealant. It works better than almost all sealants out there and even most carnauba waxes. The next best sealant I have, Meg NXT 2.0, does not even comes close in terms of looks or durability. A couple of pics

Days like these are when I wish I had a DSLR to capture better pics. Tomorrow I intend on topping it with Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax.

Wsa detailing enthusiast, well your question is too vague, cant answer properly before you tell me, colour, make, model of the car.....please provide the mentioned info an Ill guide ya......taking wax off with a detailer spray does give it an extra ooomph!! So yes you can do that, rest Ill suggest after you give the car`s info........for the sticker, use a heat gun, if not available then ghar ki kissi bhi khatoon jis ki dant aap bardasht kar sakain, get their hair dryer if not that, then just boil water an carefully dip a section of a towel or cloth in it, an rub it over the sticker till it becomes easy to tinker with...trick is to heat it an make the sticky residue loosen its contact with the paint surface....

Dilawar bhai thats a very good solution.......duno if it`ll work but you can try a rain repellent on the inner side

Using RR on inner side of the windows is useless,who told you this?:-!

Thanks...Sir following is the information of car:

Suzuki Liana colour white model 2006
Honda Civic color charcoal grey model 2005
Toyota Vitz color silver model 2003 registered 2007

All the cars are in excellent condition and waxed atleast once a month but the procedure is still the same, shampoo, rinsed it with water, wipe the car with water blade, leave it for around 2 hours until it gets properly dry, apply wax and leave it for one hour, clean the surface with polish cloth .... wax used so far armourall, soft99, blackwax, formula 1 & kangroo and the result of kangrooo is the best as (it provides thick glossy layer over paint)which also last long for a 8-10 days.

I hope it is clear now plz give your suggestion as i have no idea about detailing products and its usage?

and thanks for the sticker thingy i will do it with hair dryer if it doesnt work than boil water trick will be useful...

Sir, now the games easy......you can give the cars a goooood polish with a da, go for the megs crystal or autoglym super resin, after that I suggest you invest in a good natural wax......handsdown megs gold class will suffice as the onestop solution for you, works on every colour, buy a tin an it`ll go with all the cars.....the method your using is aight, invest in a mf too, will aid you a lot....

Using RR on inner side of the windows is useless,who told you this?:-!

heheheh, like I said, duno if it would be useful.....awain testing !!! The way I thought of it was that rr is supposed to prevent water from stayin on the glass surface,so it might stop moisture from accumulatin on them as well on the inside....though the glass might be easier to wipe off even in moisture does accumulate......aik aur syasi bayan!!! Please do share some trick up your sleeve......I face this prob in winters too, esp my Mehran, no de-fogger at the rear window an the mornin reverse outa the house is a stunt on its own!!

bought turtle wax engine bay clener. and the results are just awesome awesome awesome under se pillar tak aur sare kone kone aikdum clean, no brushing nothing done, just spray and see. 9/10 to this product from my side!

Jeeegars, no noob an no sorrying around here.....nai pata to poucho....koi masla nahin hai iss mai....mf is for general purpose, you can put shampoo in it an wash yer car, you can dry your car with it, you can remove wax with it, you can clean the interior with it, you can do the engine bay with it.......works everywhere.....mfs start from 300 for a decent one that is worth its cost to around 1500 roughly for a meg sup shine to 3000 an beyond for top end ones, as far as I know, Dodo aint anywhere here.......I order my stuff from the land of the white people every 2 months or so, I take out what I need to consume an the rest well I just send a text to all the detailers Im in touch an they take whatever they need......I have a lot coming in shortly, these days I`m runnin on fumes.....just one 30ml DODO JUICE RAINFOREST RUB left an thats all I have to spare.......but hey have a look in the market, you never know when you strike gold!!

Have two of their prods bro, Spirit, cost aroun 98 pounds back a few months, an Tough coat........pretty high end prods......very very nice results.....but for that kina money I was lookin at insane results......the results were good, but not worth the extra pounds you have to dish out against say a DODO JUICE......so end result.....if you got DALLAR to splurge around then sure!!! Otherwise in the words of the Great DR.SHAGGY.......JJJOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSS!!!
