as accord bhai suggested you its new car so just wash and wax enough at this stage and no need for polish, compound or even secratch remover etc.
for washing you should buy wash mit, its easily avialble at saca plus and hyperstar and use in same manner as thekonsultant bhai advised you with 2 buckets , allways start washing from roof to down, use differnt cloth or wash mit for tyers r underbody and dont use same for car body this practise will help you alot to avoid secratches and swirls etc
as nomi929 advised mother microfiber ultra soft drying towel good enough.
as a weekly wax Mother California gold carnuba wax. Step 3 RS 1748 is good enough in start, it will give depth and richness in your car skin
i think in start its good enough than Inshallha you will learn more detailing things here on this thread
for car interior you can use stp or turtle interior spray
for tyers/ wheels also many options of cleaners if u realy wish ur car shoes also same bling bling like your car skin
in last but not least apply alll these things with "lot of love" . this theory is from accord bahi and trust me it realy works
