welcom on the thread and saw very nice sky blue cultus.

saca plus mr waseem is really a nice person i have met him about 3 times and he is really a gentleman and give best recomendations.

i would propose you

1) turtle ice shampoo price arround 850
2) turtle ice synthtic polish ( infact wax ) about 1300
3) micro fiber cloth about 250

as a starter kit i understand its good enough

for oxidation u have to try claybar price may be 2000 plus

for interior stp , turtle also have interior spray

thanks, i understand about waxing etc.. but im not satisfied with directly waxing now. I'm mainly looking for products for the thorough cleaning and prep for waxing. claybar is good but would claybar only be good enough?

what about compounding, swirl removal, glaze/polish etc. ok maybe not compounding, please recommend some products for that too.. and thanks for input.

yes dear i know differnt directions of dubai and korea but still some time got good deals from emirate airline, still emirate cheaper if i go just korea but since i also have 2nd stop over in thailand so their rate dam expencive:( anyway its realy good news about dodo in bangkok sure i will touch them at Sukhumvit road which is my best choice for indian / pakistani resturants:-#

Hey guys. Bought a new car today a 2011 xli. Its white in colour has minor swirls. Fortunately my dad came from Canada and bought me some goods. Now I need to know how to use them. The list is as under
Meguairs ultimate quick wax, turtle wax and dry spray wax, turtle rubbing compound , turtle wax super hard shell, a couple of washing mits and MF's
Plz tell me how to apply each product and give multiple coats. My aim is to remove swirls and give deep and lasting shine.
Ps: i also own products like kangaroo long coat, formula scratchout, formula one etc. Plz tell me if I can incorporate them in the detailing aswell

i just track dod juice dealer in bankok on google and its wac car detailing 111 sukhumvit 26 road bangkok but the prices they are showing on their web site quite expencive than uk for example for dodo juice purple haze wax 250ml qty they selling at bhat 3550 means about pak rs 10117
and same avilable in uk at 3pound means about rs4600:o its big price differnce

bro claybar clean the car surface specily remove oxidation etc and make surface very smooth , apart clay bar you can consider turtle swril remover about rs 450, u can also get turtle glaze price about rs 900 to 950 for 500ml qty, u have to use ration 1/5 means 1 part glaze and 5 parts for glaze and best results can be obtained from da machine however u can apply with hands too and throughly massage than apply turtle ice synthtic polish, i am sure all this process u will get rid of swrils and light secratches etc must read the directions of use on back of each product

sorry bhaijaan my mistake and my bad I was still stuck in the 1 thai bhat to PKR 2 rs. era...just saw the rate at 2.86...:o but you are right at even 2 it would have still have been around 6900 vs. 4600 of original price...but what to do...after all I got the megs detailer at (converted into USD) around 15 USD and Imran got the same from US at half the price...atleast I got it...so don't worry sir...get dodo! rather then dream about it...khawab kee koee qeemat nahi...

Also check the korean distributors...apparently they have two distributors as well in two cities...

Ahmed's given you a good insight above...but haath abhee hola rakhein...

Claying is not an easy job and it is also not a frequently undertaken activity. First do the claying, see how your car has responded to it and how much refinement you have been able to bring out. then apply your regular waxes and see the difference...which I am sure will be tremendous.

If you are still not satisfied, then slowly start adding in other things in your regime...expand step by step.

Although before claying I would recommend that you start with masking rather than removing...Shampoo...Glaze...Wax...Detailer....

Remember eventually it should just be WWW. (Wet it, Wax it, Wipe it period)

There are a lot of really nice guys here who are using those products and can help you with their best use.

I on the other hand can only give you one golden tip...Throw out all the stuff you previously owned...throw it and burn it

omar bhai pak currency rapidly depreciating thats reason importing become hard now. i checked dodo distributor in seoul korea and there prices less than thailand like dodo purple haze wax 250ml korean won 70,000 + rs 5500:) this seems reasonable they are located in bobo mall , will request any customer to drop me over there in any evening:P

however if u know further good places of meg stuff in bangkok pls dont hesistate to inform me

the car is driven about 50km a day roughly, but most of the time it's being pampered and adored within the garage. sun is not a factor these days in lahore. i tried finding some black detailer spray but been out of luck. saca plus dont have it either. the black box has two bottles of it but i wanted some more of something for more regular use. in the past, ive been washing my car twice a week but the detailing is done on weekly basis. I ended up buying Mothers california gold carnauba wax from hyperstar. I'll do the detailing and show you the pictures

I hope you weren't expecting that I would land in the detailer's eutopia and just came out with a tin of Gold Class...So I also got all of this... (I am banging my head on the wall for exhausting quite a few AEDs on Yellow hat and carre four)
