I have a Cuore. There was a sticker on the back side which someone removed without care and now half of it is stuck. Some paint is also removed. I was thinking of putting hot water but the emblem "CX Automatic" is very near and I am afraid by putting hot water it will also come off.
What do the experts suggest?

I dont Kn but I'm feeling that I am Bending more towards Carnauba after Using DoDo, I consider Carnauba more to Feel , more natural, close to nature ,easy to fall in love.

Synthetic is more like technology. like a latest gadget , like a latest mobile , like a latest laptop.

usman bhai i have one question
i understand black box contains some resins extract from coal for black colour cars so its having good masking capabilities. u wil notice this wax also in black colour.

i have question the black box detailer also black colour liquid ? or its transparent ?

i heard black box detailer spray very good detalier and if its in transparent liquid form than can be applied on other col cars.

No brother the detailer liquid is also black.......nothing in the entire black box can be used for any colour besides black.....transparent is the Turtle Ice Detailer Spray....

Jan 2012 Competition...Rolls boot...

Instead of giving out unbranded chinese MF pack...I am now offering ONE geniune Zwipes MF mitt...as the prize. I was looking all over for this and comes very handy when waxing or cleaning the car because we normally have the habit of putting our spare bare hand on the car for support...this leaves smudge marks and finger prints or spoils a freshly hazed car...this mitt takes care of that...can also be used for cleaning those hard to clean places (on the car ofcourse) or getting rid of those one off dirt marks on a clean car...

however, if the winner insists on the MF pack...we can also swap that back...and I can gladly keep the spare MF Mitt.

I`m really sorry to say whoever was removing that, ruined the trunk man.....:'(......gari tumhari hai lekin afsoos mujay itna hai.......bhai meray paas laay atay yar, aap ki fuel hi lagni thi thori si , yeh nazar bhi nahin ana tha keh kahan hai.........khair, the residue can be removed with any compound, put some on your finger an rub the residue bit by bit......wash it afterwards an then give it a dual wax coat with a difference of half hour between them. IF YOUR GONA MAKE A BIGGER MESS OR CANNOT DO IT, DRIVE OVER TO MY PLACE BUT DONT GODDAM RUIN YER CAR!!!!

Guys, I want to buy a basic kit for my ride and my cousin is in Lahore for a few days, so I'm thinking of getting things from Lahore. I need suggestions on where to buy things and which products to buy as a starter kit. After reading the forum, I'm thinking of getting turtle products from SACA plus but i dont know which ones exactly.

So i need suggestions on a basic kit, which products? I'm not looking to spend more than 3-4K so if price could be mentioned that would be great.

Here are the pics. please note that these pics look much better than it actually is. paint is somewhat yellowing out and I think its oxidized, so complete application steps are required. Experts suggestions for products are highly wanted :-#

also anyone has experience of ordering from them. it was mentioned they ship anywhere in Pakistan.

Acha jee, I saw the pics janab, heres what I recommend.....get Turtle Wax Polishing an Rubbbing compound...approx 4-5g..this will give you the cut, secondly youll want to go for a good natural wax...get the platinum series wax....approx 900g......for regular washing go for the ICE series shampoo....1k.....rest you have roughly a 1.6 k margin, go for a good detailer spray like platinum series....approx 7.5g....with the remaining 7.5g get two microfibers

wudnt hair dryer work fine here? it would heat up the plastic and it would give away its stickiness... am i making making any sense or pointing towards a disaster?

Hey guys. Bought a new car today a 2011 xli. Its white in colour has minor swirls. Fortunately my dad came from Canada and bought me some goods. Now I need to know how to use them. The list is as under
Meguairs ultimate quick wax, turtle wax and dry spray wax, turtle rubbing compound , turtle wax super hard shell, a couple of washing mits and MF's
Plz tell me how to apply each product and give multiple coats. My aim is to remove swirls and give deep and lasting shine.
Ps: i also own products like kangaroo long coat, formula scratchout, formula one etc. Plz tell me if I can incorporate them in the detailing aswell

Meray bhai, all the people who have answered are experts......there is a very good trait in this thread, no one speaks unless they are pretty sure of what they are saying........have trust in them.....sure I run this circus but all are accomplished detailers here....MashAllah! I stand with their reviews an correct them wherever necessary......now that outa the way, JazakAllah for holding my opinion in high regard.....finally gettin down to business.....the old stuff you have.....well, its not exactly rockstar material....so loose it.....now coming to application method and coats....with consideration to swirls an shine.....

Turtle wax super hard shell: apply on clean car with foam in circular motion, give some hazing time an remove with a microfibre.

Meguairs ultimate quick wax,Turtle wax and dry spray wax: (both are the same thing) Spray onto the surface, an wipe off after a few moments.......you can use both as mid week detailers, or for a top up after a wash.

Turtle rubbing compound: Forget touching your car with this...too abbrasive, to be used for maaajor paint issues.....scratches.

Washing mits and MF's : Mitts to be used for washing car, MF`s for drying it and wax removal

Use the products in the order mentioned

the car is driven about 50km a day roughly, but most of the time it's being pampered and adored within the garage. sun is not a factor these days in lahore. i tried finding some black detailer spray but been out of luck. saca plus dont have it either. the black box has two bottles of it but i wanted some more of something for more regular use. in the past, ive been washing my car twice a week but the detailing is done on weekly basis. I ended up buying Mothers california gold carnauba wax from hyperstar. I'll do the detailing and show you the pictures

Ok show us the pics after the detail an I`ll advise you on the route an regime you need to follow

Ahmad bhai, as far as I go, give me any wax....yes wax an Ill remove this residue with it......wooh baat hi door ki keh heat karo, comp maro......now I dont know the level of expertise poster has, so I recommended comp, because he will be able to see where hes going with the removal....an the cut will be in his control....i.e. where ever he runs his finger, hell only affect the area under it, with heating Im not sure if hell be able to judge how hot hes making the panel an might end up damaging the rear sticky part of the automatic sticker.....though if it was you, I know youll be able to pull it off with a hair dryer....taking into consideration the past experiment shown to us by poster, Im not taking any chances.

After seeing the picture of RR the only issue I see is orange peel. According to me it car only be corrected by wet sanding then cutting with rotory only by doc's hands:D
