spiderman it is doing great. no need for closure or anything. infact no one had even thought about reviewing products before you.. i suggested vague because of all the people i have met till now he turned out to have the most experience in the point of using these products. please dont be offended.

the reason why i supported a seperate detailing thread is that this one contains only product details. that thread will tell things like which product to use on which time and how exactly to use it, and where people may share their totkas. that thread will in a way be dependant on yours but will help keep this one clutter free.

My brother there will be too much confusion an running around here an there.....its been settled, this is to be the detailing thread, besides NOONE HAS PAID ATTENTION TO THE THREADS NAME, IT ENDS WITH THE WORD DETAILING!!! is it easy to find its applicator pads ? and for how long do they last before one starts worrying to replace them ....and in case you dont find any then the machine wiill be dumped ??

The pad is made of cloth......In my 3 years ive had it, it hasnt worn out, nor is it near wearing out,though if it does just get a new one sown of the same fabric.Not a problem to consider with this machine.

You can have my approval for this product.......best thing to use for engine cleaning, takes of years an years of dirt an grease, even removes the stubborn stains left by grease and oil and other engine fall outs. Heck it even shone out the aluminium ac pipes....guaranteed you wont regret it.

Finally got time to test it, here we go...

Product : Turtle Wax Frictionless Pre Soak

Price: : Ill do a lil maths here, its around Rs.1,100 a litre, to use it you must dilute it with a mixture ratio of 1:5 with water, so technically yer getting 6 litres of solution. Now i reckon 200 ml is enough for a car`s underbody and engine, so 6000ml (6litres)/200ml = 30 washes, now if you divide the cost over the number of washes you get Rs.1,100/ 30 (amount of washes)= Rs.36.66, round off to 40 measly bucks for this amount of cleaning power is ridiculusly insane.

Good: Good is everything, i mean i had a clean engine, or so i thought, an remember my cloth going black in a matter of few minutes from the dust, removed all sorts or corrosion over steel, plastic and rubber even the aluminium piping for ac gas an stuff, simple words to sum up is magic! Try the location where you bought the machine from, maybe they might have it, if thats a negative look into your local hardware market, where they sell pipes,chains, screwdrivers, tool kits and heavy electrical equpiment like grinders, cutters, welders etc, do some research an i think you`ll find what yer looking for there, if all else fails, get the same textured fabric from your local market an make a cover an tie it up over the original pad.
