So as per this rates list, for my 2010 Gli which states 1299cc on book, I will pay 1750Rs token tax as I'm filer right???

Its tax not token its income tax on car.
I think this is right way to caculate ,token price+provincial tax+income tax(1750 in ur case)

Well previously 10 years old vehicle had tax exemption.

If u r buying a 1970 model car from auction n registering it in 2015 n it is having a V8.u wld pay same token as a brand new V8 jeep or car.

Yes give application to gpo for token transfer from lhr to pindi with reason that u shifted here or whatever.with id card copy.n reg copy.

Check your docs, there might be mentioning of tax recovered up to 30-06-15
