I've 2005 Model Civic Exi Registered on Jan, 16 2006. Will my car fall under ten Year older tax slab because already paid token for 10 Years?

What will be the total token tax?

no it will not fall under ten years category 8700 if you are filer and 13700 if you are non filer

Again i think rate list in eto office is different from that posted in post offices

Please refer to the post 2040.
Rs. 2500/- was paid as WHT at ETO Islamabad for Honda City 1300cc (filer)
Whereas the header post is showing Rs. 3000/-
The list for Punjab 2015-16 is showing the right amount.
Please remove the rate list for Islamabad from the header post as it is creating confusion.
Even the post by @autophile shows Rs. 7500/- for Liana and the token is paid at post office Islamabad, so the said list is wrong for post offices as well.

A friend paid this for Liana 1.3 in Islamabad GPO. I think WHT is 7,500 (as Liana is above 1.3 being 1,346 cc). 3,000 seems last year's arrears because he might have paid earlier before the imposition of enhanced WHT.

But the interesting thing is that people do get away with all sort of excuses...person standing right in front of me, came to pay token for a 2014 registered Passo, the car was in the name of her sister...who is a housewife meaning that she is not a filer... 'her husband is a 'fuji'... proudly announced by the person paying the token said that he will only pay Rs. 1848/-... which he did, though he was not happy that he was asked to pay Rs. 348 other than Rs. 1500/-

My car is registered on my mother's name. She is a widow and stays at home so never required NTN for any procedure. I dont t=know how to file taxes and all..never did...what to do?

Cruel system.i am also a victim.un employed.house wives. Widows.students will fall in non filer

Last time year when i went to pay token tax at post office it was written on notice that only cars whose 10years are complete on 30th June will fall under this category. This year still havent visited yet so maybe rules may have relaxed but if they are not then it is full.
