again reminding, Punjab n isb rate lists given in header post

So nobody noticed, isb GPO is charging 2 different rates
They charged me 2014 WHT rates 6000rupees wht for 2015/16

where as as Masroor bhai posted of his friends Liana, they charged him higher new rates 7500 wht for 2015/16

These post office guys are awesome. besides charging as per will......the counter i was standing at, the guy started shouting, i am going for prayers break, i wont take more books.

SO i have a copy of my return acknowledgement (FY-2014), NTN, CNIC, car registration. Do i need anything else to convince the PO guys i am a filer?
Also do i need to get these copies attested or will plain copies do? If attestation is required can anyone attest it or must it be attested from FBR/ ETO??

You are right, I went to Islamabad GPO for token renewal for Liana 1328 CC, 2011 model. Last year I paid Rs.3348. This time when I went there after waiting for an hour the GPO guy said that token rates are revised and as a Non-Filer you must pay Rs.9348 (Arrears WHT 3000 + 2015-2016 WHT 3000 + Regular Tax 3348). I came back as I was running short of money. Then next week I again went there having 10,000 in my pocket but after waiting in a queue for around 2 hours they GPO guy said that we got a notification from govt yesterday and now you have to pay 10,848 (Arrears WHT 3000 + 2015- 2016 WHT 7500 + Tax 348). Once again, I was running short of money as I took 10k with me.
But today, finally I got my token renew after paying them Rs. 10,848/-.

See the difference, last time it was Rs. 3348 and this year 10,848, a notable difference of Rs. 7500 just in a year. And after paying all this you still have to face a lot of khawari in queues and broken roads every where in Pakistan except few urban areas.

Just coming from ETO Islamabad. Its a chaos over there It is jam packed, no ques, no proper information, people parking cars on road and traffic police is lifting them, no proper parking place, extreme suffocation in office. Very complicated procedure of token.
In this computer-age why tax collection system is not simple and one-window type?
Is not it possible that ETO send "Token Tax Bill" to your home similar to property tax bill which can be paid in any bank conveniently?

Would be great if someone can guide me a bit. Which certificate I have to take with me while renewing the token to be eligible for the filer rate?
When I enter my father's CNIC in the FBR website, I get the NTN number. Do I have to take a print of this page and take it along with me?

or some other page. When I click on Details, nothing opens up. My father is a retired government employee.

I sent my cousin to pay token tax in Isl as I was unable to go. I had paid tax in July last year. So the guy today said that you will need to pay 7500(non filler) + 2000Rs or 3000Rs for collection fee as taxes got increased last year in August and I had already submitted token fee in July. So they need to recover that fee. Is this true or is he just fooling my cousin?

Guys I went to the DHA II post office today to get the token for my city but they refused to entertain me as I didn't have the online verification of my NTN. I took the copy of my IT return but apparently that wasn't enough. Now I have searched everywhere for online NTN verification certificate but to no avail. Can anyone post the link for getting the online NTN verification certificate?

If the tax return was filed online
You will hv a user name and password to login in the fbr section
N if u hv that much info on hand printing summary shouldnt b a problm i guess
