If someone hasnt paid for previous years, now will they pay the current rate x number of years or old rates (for each year unpaid) + penalty?

yes...i think new rates + penalty (Rs300 to 400 per year depending upon the car). i m not sure though...

just went to civic center yesterday they received tax till dec 2010 i wanted to paiy till june 2011 but they didnt received they were saying tax will be increased in upcoming bugdet and it will be our loss if will receive tax for 2011

maybe its differnt in karachi my neighbour claimed to pay 4500 on his 08 City and a 3000 (something on his 04 City)

Altho had a huge argument with him that a 1.3 Baleno and Corolla 1.3 taxed around 3250 yearly then how could his 08 (idsi thats actualy 1.2L
was charged 4500+-)

maybe its on 5 yr old registration as i paid withholding tax on my 2002, 2006 registred Vitz.

Im in a habit of payin all the bill & taxes as early as these r due.
So may i pay the token tax on 1st july?
Last year i dont remember but som1 told me post offices wont collet token in early july.

people living in punjab, they were offering some sort of leverage for people who have missed previous tokens. offer was valid till 31st june.

yes u may pay token money on 1st july. but pagalon wala rush hota hai 1st week usually

Can any one give me an Idea what will be the cost of paying Tax for cultus 2006 Model Karachi. Last the tax is paid till Dec 2009. [which I was thinking is paid till Dec 2010 ]

• Will there be any panalty ?
• Do I need to pay this before July Start ? to avoid further panalty

on the serious note i am not sure about the penalty amount

penalty amount would be the same if u go now or in July to pay token for 2 years together. i think the offer advertised in news papers was valid for punjab
