I have got my car cleared from bank and recieved NOC letter
1. If someone can guide if removal of HPA can be done online. I have tried online islamabad app but it doesn't have option for HPA removal
2. If i don't get it removed. Is there any issue? Or i can use this letter whenever i sell my car in future?

Do remove HPA as soon as possible to clear it

Bought kia sportage 2022 awd, registered it first on the guy who booked it for 185k, then transferred it to my name for 29k. To save the 200k fine for buying it on ON.
I have collected file myself after 3 days. I'll be going to excise freedkot lhr tomorrow to check if they have the cards ready.

Happened to me, had to go to office last week and ask then what's wrong, what you haven't processed the registration?
They guy in counter asked me to visit the some BUTT SHAB and ask him what's wrong. When I went there and told him that it's been almost a month I have not received file card or plates for my car he said, the file was waiting for approval, which he have approved now and I will get the card, file and plates in 3 weeks.

I tired my best to follow the rules and not to use any references or bribe anyone, but I think these people will never work unless there is any (extra money) in it for them.

Today I called excise help line. They gave me a complaint number and said that your issue will be ready resolved soon. So waiting now.
