Hi guys,
I have seen a few posts related to Biometric transfer but those are old. So my current situation is that I have two vehicles both are LHR registered but I don't have their biometric available and both have smart cards. Can someone please guide me how can i transfer them without biometric now that I am the real owner of the vehicles.
